10/12/2023: Gelateria che conosco molto bene, ho provato ormai quasi tutti i gusti e posso solo ogni volta confermare la prima impressione di genuinità e buoni ingredienti. Il servizio gentile e il fatto affatto secondario che fuori dalle porte del locale c'è il parchetto di Santa Maria invece di una via di città possono solo confermare il piacere di esserne cliente. Definitivamente una delle mie gelaterie preferite (e posso dire di conoscerne davvero molte di gelaterie)

25/05/2024: Wow, just wow, the food here was spectacular. Definitely our best meal of a week-long trip in Sardinia. We came as a party of four vegetarians and had multiple truffle dishes. All were phenomenal. Yes, the restaurant is more expensive than many others in the area, but the quality of the food and dessert definitely made it worth it. Highly recommend! We left very, very satisfied with the pasta dishes and dessert (I can’t comment on the meat dishes). Thanks for an amazing night!

11/03/2024: Very nice place, the chef knows what she's doing! Serious and passionate, they offer impeccable service and sublime dishes, so much so that you really feel in Emilia. I highly recommend the tortelli with parmesan cream which will make your day 😍. Well done!

23/05/2024: I didn't like it. A ridiculous table of charcuterie at the price of gold, I had one yesterday at another restaurant that was triple the size and the same price. Trap for guiris.

17/04/2024: We arrived there by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the food. Beautiful Italian and especially Sardinian cuisine and a very nice wine list. Unbeatable quality/price.

22/02/2024: While travelling through Siniscola, I've come across Sairrock while desperately looking for a very late lunch. Too late for lunch and too early for dinner, they made me a pizza nonetheless. The service was extremely friendly, the pizza was great, and the place was gorgeous. I would definitely come back whenever I get the chance.

30/03/2024: Cozy pizzeria in the historic center of Pabillonis, a small town in Southern Sardinia. The pizzas are never the same, the inventiveness on the table is never lacking. The dough is the only one that satisfies my palate without irritating the intestines. The environment is familiar, welcoming. Politeness and friendliness are at home. Last note, very important, despite my various allergies there are excellent variations for desserts too. Also highly recommended for takeaway and fried fish. Go there and you won't regret it 🤩🍕

19/03/2024: Passing through Tempio, we stopped, on advice, at this place. Already at the entrance they were very welcoming, the place is very well furnished, you immediately feel at ease. Then the dishes, excellently cooked, really tasty. The owner supported us very well in the choice. To return.
