23/04/2024: At Cosimo Russo you only eat of the highest quality.
The seafood products are very fresh and truly local (not like what you find around and which they falsely serve you in various restaurants).
The meat is exquisite, very tender and refined, like duck or pig meat.
The first courses are to be moved by how delicious they are when you serve them!
The menu is varied and created by the chef, from appetizers, to sorbets, to first courses, to bread...
My favorite dish is the egg tagliolini (made by the Chef) with a sprinkling of truffle.
But I love everything served in this restaurant...IT'S ALL DELICIOUS.
The staff is friendly and attentive to the customer.
The location is soft and relaxing, in the heart of the historic center.
What else can I say... Cosimo Russo is the best, both for those who know about haute cuisine, for those with a refined palate or simply for those who are good eaters.
Correct prices for the high quality offered.

High prices for small portions..I only found the quality in the pizza..I will definitely not go back!!

24/03/2024: I went to have dinner a couple of weeks ago at this pizzeria because the photos inspired me a lot. And, while some friends believed you couldn't eat well just by hearsay, I was too curious to try this pizzeria. Good thing I trusted my instincts! The pizza was very good, and Neapolitan-like with higher edges, as I like it. I really liked the place and the organized staff.
I recommend and would go back!

14/09/2023: We ate pizza. 4 cheese pizza was ok, was not the best. The other pizza was like toasted bread topped with tomate and mozzarella.
There was kid park just next the restaurant.
The restaurant was quite big, you can easily plan an event there for more than 100 people.
Finally, price was really cheap comparing to other restaurants at that zone. But I need to say that the restaurant is in the middle of nowhere. To be able to find it you need a recommendation of someone. Otherwise, there is no change to find it by yourself.

28/04/2024: Everything was perfect, the waiters were perhaps a little uninformed, if you asked them something about the dishes, half the time they replied that they didn't know and had to go and ask anyway, everything was delicious and the location was wonderful
26/04/2024: The unsightly toilet doesn't match the really nice ambience, the good service and the friendliness. A pity. Otherwise I would immediately give it 5 stars.

10/12/2023: We were looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat and found this place on Google Maps. Very simple place, with about ten tables divided into two rooms. Meat counter and open kitchen. Good quality, with excellent sandwiches to fill as you wish. The owner, a very welcoming person and former butcher, told us the story of his family, butchers for 5 generations. Very affordable prices and excellent considering the quality of the meat and products used. Recommended place to eat something good, meat, without big demands.

06/09/2023: Per il secondo anno siamo tornati durante le nostre vacanze a porto Cesario in questo posto in cui avevamo mangiato bene…abbiamo ordinato lo stesso tagliere che è aumentato di prezzo e ci sta ma la qualità pessima…mortadella come se piovesse comprata al supermercato salame idem capocollo cattivo prosciutto non pervenuto…delusione totale!

09/02/2024: Come trascorrere bene la pausa lavoro. Locale accogliente, semplice, menù che offre di tutto, con specialità locali. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto di orecchiette con la ricotta forte e un filetto di cavallo con patate al forno. Tutto eccellente, compresa la cottura al sangue della carne. Prezzi contenuti per la qualità del cibo offerto. Ci tornerò volentieri quando verrò a Leverano per lavoro.
