13/03/2024: La braceria petracca la frequento ormai da anni e dopo svariati assaggi posso dire che la qualità della carne in questa braceria è la migliore tra quelle provate nel sud Salento. Le bombette artigianali sono il mio piatto preferito in assoluto ma devo dire che anche la Fiorentina assaggiata non era assolutamente male. Ci ritorniamo ogni qualvolta abbiamo la possibilità di essere in zona e non rimaniamo mai delusi. Il proprietario è gentilissimo. Consiglio però di prenotare prima.

31/03/2024: Excellent cornetti (pistacchio filling goes well with it). Excellent pastries. And nice sandwiches (you can ask them to assemble one for you) to have that crunchy bread with freshly cut ham and cheese.

01/06/2024: a cheese and pepper troccolo with prawn tartare with a delicate, not excessive flavour, you can taste all the ingredients as you chew it a sacristan's pacchero with stracciatella dried tomatoes and extremely tasty crunchy bacon, impossible not to indulge in the act of the slipper with all due respect to Mons. Della Casa then a fried seafood that is not at all heavy and a very delicate tuna tataki with a teriyaki-like sauce and expertly prepared vegetables masterful homemade tiramisú with a pavesino variant instead of ladyfinger as the dessert is placed in a mouthpiece berry cheesecake perhaps too sweet but all in all very good

21/05/2024: A few steps from the seafront, a pleasant place with a well-kept terrace and quality food: fresh pasta with turnip greens, mix of Salento bombette and excellent local vegetables. The lemon mousse and their homemade digestive are recommended. Honest prices.

30/09/2023: Il cibo che si degusta da Boccaccio ha il sapore autentico della vera Puglia, una cucina agricola preparata alla perfezione con i prodotti a km0 dell azienda di famiglia. Pittole salentine e bombette da urlo, pasta con rape, stracciatella e tarallo sublimi, purea di fave e cicorine incredibili così come le Polpette al sugo, sembravano quelle di mia nonna. Personale giovane e molto cortese. Location tipicamente salentina veramente suggestiva unica penso nel suo genere, all interno è possibile visitare un antico trullo e immancabile il loro shop per acquistare ciò che si é degustato. Grandi ragazzi, alla prossima.

18/09/2023: Se si è in Salento Boccaccio rappresenta una tappa obbligatoria e imperdibile. Atmosfera semplicemente magica, location mozzafiato e adatta tanto alle cene di coppia quanto a serate in famiglia e tra amici. I proprietari, Davide e Federica, gentilissimi, disponibili e professionali. Prodotti tipici di ottima qualità così come la cucina. Fantastiche le orecchiette alle cime di rapa e i pezzetti di cavallo. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti e sicuramente ritorneremo.

12/05/2024: What about the catering of this place... A TRUE DISASTER. Room management a true abomination, first and foremost indisponence and rudeness. The kitchen was absent, we sat at the table for 3 hours to be able to taste (when possible because some dishes were brought in fewer numbers than there were diners) the starter and a hint of the first course. The children were not even served due to lack of tomato sauce and pasta. Total cost of the "lunch" really expensive and disproportionate compared to the nothing previously listed. The Owner only showed up to collect the bill Would I go back? Obviously it is certainly NOT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE!!!
