19/05/2024: A spectacular gem of a restaurant! Friendly, welcoming and helpful service, absolutely excellent food and a lovely view of the mountains and the valley overlooking Sondrio. If you are passing through you owe it to yourself to dine here!

07/05/2024: Beautiful surprise Few seats literally cantilevered over the Valtellina, with a romantic privileged view of the vineyard terraces and Castel Grumello. Minimal but warm and welcoming environment, with very careful details: the tables, all recycled and different from each other, or the lit fireplace, in which the dining room staff cooks some dishes just before serving them (but without 'smelling' ' the room). Content menu, hosts some traditional dishes alongside bolder but never out of tune proposals. There is also some fish dishes, which we didn't try but which looked very inviting. For what we tried, however, all very very good dishes: the preparations were very careful, as was the treatment of the ingredients, clearly recognizable in the flavours. Highlights: blueberry gnocchi and chocolate and shortcrust pastry sphere. Perhaps I would have preferred instead, in the mixed starter, a better separation of ground/fish to avoid contamination. Boundless wine list full of local labels, including emerging ones. Excellent experience, remarkable cuisine, high level service. Definitely worth doing again
