Piatti raffinati curati nei minimi dettagli e la presentazione è come se si stesse osservando un quadro d'autore. La cosa che mi ha colpito e che i sapori di ogni piatto non si sovrappongono così da poter gustare pienamente ogni pietanza. I vini proposti come abbinamento si sposano benissimo alle pietanze scelte. Il servizio è ottimo. La cucina è superba. Ristorante di qualità superiore. Da provare almeno una volta. 26/05/2024: A short stopover on the shores of Lake Garda. Very nice place - very comfortable room with a magnificent view, great breakfast. Close to the city center where we had an excellent evening. The only downside is a slightly weak connection.

05/10/2023: I have been frequenting this little restaurant in the streets of Bogliaco for many years, family run, it feels like home! Bigoli with sardines and whitefish with homemade mayonnaise, all as fresh as they once were! And correct prices!

21/03/2024: We went there for lunch (work menu) and it was a pleasant experience, everyone was kind and helpful, good food and the right portion, price in line. Recommended, the only flaw is the parking but this does not depend on the restaurant.

12/01/2024: Aeolus is the best! We held our wedding rehearsal dinner here, it was 60 people and it was one of the best nights of our lives. The owners were so wonderful and helpful; we had months of planning calls and they were always available and know everything about the area. Our guests still talk about the incredible Moscow Mules and they made the best mojito I have ever had. We were in town for about a week and they welcomed our guests and left them with wonderful memories every day. Their bartenders and staff are so helpful, thoughtful, kind and generous - they made incredible impressions on all of us. The restaurant has a stunning wine cellar space with arched stone ceilings as well as a waterfront patio right in the heart of town. This is a must-visit, especially for late night outings in Gargnano, we can't wait to go back.

02/04/2024: Rating for the Restaurant. Beautiful garden directly on the lake with a view of snow-capped Monte Baldo. Excellent service, nice menu and really good dishes. Prices slightly above average, but are largely justified by quality and location

Mains: special of the day - tortellini. So good! Husband got the t-bone. Sides of grilled vegetables - really yummy. Parking: small lot near bottom of restaurant. Beware - it could be limited (max 5-6 cars)

Romantic and elegant atmosphere, with classy furnishings and accoutrements, impeccable service, tables also overlooking the lake, welcome appetizer from the chef, exquisite dishes, good portions, careful plating, nice selection of wines, very friendly and helpful owner. thoughtful, his limoncello with lemons from the park is unique. fantastic to stop for an aperitif before dinner, or after, in the large park overlooking the lake, very well kept, all of this is worthy of a fairy tale.

My wife wanted to make a reservation on Monday for the next day, her colleague (very unfriendly) “tomorrow is closed” Ok, well, let's try again on Wednesday, again everyone was very unfriendly "no, we don't have anything free, you should have made a reservation" What's going on there ? Are you so fed up with the money from German tourists?
