02/05/2024: Well... the place is of course magical and the chef is passionate and exciting. But a small downside for the staff who are a little too uptight and tense, even too distant and some dishes so elaborate that you lose the essence of the taste. Perhaps we should go back to “basics” a little! exactly. Afterwards... there were some magical culinary moments, an exciting oenology and surprising wines. A very nice evening all the same

Abbiamo fatto il menu degustazione “inizio” tutto buonissimo. Il risotto franciacorta è buonissimo. Io sono celiaca e ho mangiato tutto.
Il servizio è impeccabile.
Location stupenda.

01/04/2024: Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo provato la pizzeria da Paolo a Timoline pensando ad una pizza nella media. Sabato ogni locale è pieno con buoni tempi di attesa. Ho ordinato una mare e monti (nella foto allegata) ed ho ricevuto una pizza povera non solo nella farcitura che la rendeva irriconoscibile ma anche nel pomodoro di base. Ho dato un'occhiata alle altre pizze richieste e ho visto che il problema era lo stesso. Visto i prezzi più che renumerativi consiglierei al ristoratore di fornire un prodotto almeno nella media.

Ambiente accogliente.
Piatti buoni, senza fronzoli ma di qualità.
Servizio impeccabile, con un personale cordiale, disponibile e super operativo.
L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuto meno è il loro vino, ma è una questione di gusto soggettivo.
Per tutto il resto consigliatissimo!
18/02/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per l'anniversario dei miei suoceri.Buon cibo,anche se la polenta era quella istantanea.
I camerieri son stati molto gentili.
Il vino era annacquato.

09/02/2024: Siamo tornati alla Corte di Grè e come sempre ci si sente a casa. Polipo con patate verdurine e riso per me e una pizza con burrata e ciliegini per mia moglie. Una bontà .... Grazie a Paolo ed a tutto lo staff sempre al Top.

14/02/2024: Prenotato per la sera di San Valentenino ci contattano 45 minuti prima della cena dicendoci che l'orario di inizio sarà alle 20 anziché 19 (come stabilito nero su bianco all'atto della prenotazione). Peccato che abbiamo un bambino piccolo e prenotato anche una baby sitter con orari già stabiliti.
Alla richiesta di tenere la prenotazione per le 19, come nostro diritto, ci viene risposto o alle 20 o niente.
Assenza di professionalità totale.
Vivamente sconsigliato.

05/10/2023: Newly managed restaurant, we had dinner on Saturday evening. Excellent meat quality. Professional service. Prices in line with what is offered. Restaurant that was missing in the area, I recommend it to lovers of grilled meat 👏
25/07/2023: We were able to visit La Fiòca on very short notice. The young man gave a wonderful explanation of all the steps in the winemaking process, and also during the tasting. Slighty suprised we had to pay 46 EUR for the tasting, eventhough we bought a couple of cartons of their wine.

La cucina è valida.
I piatti sono ben presentati e di buona qualità.
Il servizio è migliorabile.
Il personale è disponibile.
Mancano però alcune bottiglie di vino che però erano presenti in lista.
Sono stati poco flessibili nella gestione delle richieste relative a variazioni sul menù.
Per il resto è consigliato!
