22/03/2024: Un risveglio dei sensi, i piatti un' opera d' arte. L' armonia dei complessi sapori come un brano di musica orchestrata. Siamo decisamente rimasti sbalorditi dall' esperienza. Bello il locale. Tante le portate. Non siamo riusciti a finire la piccola pasticceria che quindi ci è stata impacchettata da portare a casa. Spero di poterci tornare presto. Nel frattempo la memoria di quei sapori che si avvicendano e si inseguono rimarrà sicuramente viva. Grazie infinite per l' esperienza.

Aside from the courtesy and kindness of the owners, the menu is up to the standards of starred restaurants.... An exquisite, soft and delicate octopus, a salmon in the formò with prawns and trumpets which is decidedly excellent and a Ligurian gurnard fillet which does not fears comparisons. Adequate price. To be recommended. For me it's a confirmation. Naturally (after the disappointments of other restaurants in the area).. to be repeated!!!!!!

Easy to reach given the location on the main road to Triora (practically located on the outskirts of the town) To be honest, it is not a place for all budgets, the prices are not exactly the most affordable, but it must be said that the food is typical Ligurian, but truly gourmet, the dishes are clearly the result of careful research, with materials of the highest quality. quality. A top wine list, and plenty of Triora bread. The place is not very large, even if it has a veranda, which is also not huge, it looks like there could be around fifty seats in total. The staff, very knowledgeable, friendly and quick, at the same time not oppressive. Well In my opinion, access is difficult for people with mobility problems. A note for the furnishings, rustic but very refined, and the bathroom is a work of art. Experience to be redone.

16/05/2024: We had dinner at the Loggia della Strega in Triora at the end of February, so forgive me for the delay in the review but I really wanted to, because in addition to the warm environment that welcomed us, we ate very well and in particular Jessica, the owner, was proved invaluable for our trip to Valle Argentina organized at the last moment: she kept our reservation for us, even though we weren't sure we would leave until the end, and found us accommodation for the night in a nearby facility. Thanks again for your availability, friendliness, professionalism and friendship. Go and visit her because you won't be disappointed. As for us, we hope to return soon! A hug.🤗🤗

26/04/2024: Ogni volta che siamo a Bordighera questo ristorante è una tappa fissa che merita qualche km in più Fa piacere ritornarci e trovare sempre la stessa passione e sapienza nei piatti. Gli antipasti preparati al momento sono un trionfo della cucina ligure dell entroterra frittata di ortica aparago in crema di piselli..barbagiuan..carciofo ripieno..crochetta con bietola e zucchine Fra le paste tutte fatte in casa abbiamo scelto tagliolini al verde con ragù di coniglio e ravioli di magro con carciofi. Ottimi..continuato con un grande classico coniglio alla ligure..fra i dolci una menzione particolare al bonnet e alla crema di zabaione..mitici Un buon rossese ha accompagnato il pasto..finito con amari offerti. Il locale è semplice ..pulito. servizio cordiale ..da tornarci " di corsa "

20/05/2024: Let me start by saying that the location is particular and very suggestive, the food was excellent and plentiful and the service was homely but kind and friendly. The only comment I can make, reluctantly, was the length of the lunch; we must absolutely not be in a hurry, because an ordinary lunch on an ordinary Sunday with the family (therefore not Christmas, Easter or August 15th), seemed more like a kidnapping: we arrived at 1pm and after 6pm, as soon as we finished the dessert, we went away without having coffee. For me it's Yes for the food but I would see the times outside the kitchen again!

25/05/2024: A really nice little place in the old Sanremo, excellent value for money, we ate simple but delicious things, the crostoni were spectacular, the trofie with pesto was delicious, as was the roasted octopus on chickpea cream with chard, and then a typical dessert, the Stroscia with hot Zabaione, all accompanied by a kindness that is rarely found in Sanremo, a truly beautiful experience to be highly recommended

03/04/2024: Intimate restaurant in a restored medieval tower, located at the end of the town, just follow the main street. The environment is truly evocative, exposed stone everywhere with arches, with the renovation the original style was maintained, the lights are suffused on the floor creating a very romantic atmosphere. The menu is made up of relatively few dishes, but they are all really good, I recommend the tasting menu to try as many things as possible, it's really worth it! The service is very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend, worth at least one visit!
