02/04/2024: I'm not Umbrian and I'm not from Bevagna, so the judgment isn't biased or parochial. This place was suggested to me for an evening and I must say that the experience was more than excellent. I don't think you find a couple who run a place like this often. He is a true showman of the room, cultured, ready on all the dishes he offers and on the ingredients used, as well as on the pairings of beers or wines. She is the creator of fantastic dishes prepared on the spot, with skill and passion, what was found in the "home kitchen" but applied this time to the restaurant's cuisine. The union of flavors and ingredients at km 0 and you will not find large-scale retail products! Not to mention sweet coffees and bitters that you will hardly find on the market. I highly recommend trying their cuisine, for lunch or dinner, and rest assured that you will find what they explain to you on your plate! Trust, transparency, originality these are their fundamental cornerstones. And I wish them every luck in this project they have undertaken, because it is a revolution in the concept of catering, a return to the origins of our cuisine!

01/04/2024: E' stato fantastico il pranzo di Pasqua "alternativo" da Floyd, mangiare ottimo cibo, bio, ricercato anche nei minimi particolari con la musica in sottofondo dei Pink Floyd....beh... che dire!! La location e' carinissima , Crescenzo e' fantastico con i suoi ospiti "amici". Grazie ragazzi della vostra ospitalita' SUPER !!! Ritorneremo sicuramente.

02/04/2024: Found it blindly and I must say that instinct led us really well, equally excellent food, excellent wine, characteristic place and welcoming staff, average price around €30, two of us had a tasting of cured meats and cheeses, 1 portion of cream crostini of porchetta (to try) 1 pork fillet with Sagrantino, 1 glass of Sagrantino and 1 glass of Rosso di Montefalco, I confirm everything is more than good, very friendly and approachable owners, if I were to pass through these parts again I would certainly return to try the others dishes

23/05/2024: Place in the center, well-kept, modern and with impeccable service. Seasonal, vegetarian and vegan options. A well-studied and varied menu. In our case we were given a tasting menu, but it wasn't our first time and it never disappoints expectations. The prices are fair for quantity, quality, workmanship and type of place and location, anyone who says otherwise doesn't know much about catering and judge something else. The portions are right, all dishes are well balanced. I would have preferred stronger first courses as a follow-up to the starter but it's a matter of taste, however everything was very good. The citrus mulled wine is truly superb. Very happy with this reality that Gubbio needed. For those who complain about child friendly, no. It's not a place for children, and rightly so.

07/04/2024: Everything was delicious, generous portions.. you need to book well in advance, always full. Very nice and elegant place, can't wait to go back! The only flaw for me is that I love chocolate desserts and that there was little choice on desserts...

The wines are noteworthy, although expensive. The dishes are those of the local tradition. Prices appropriate to the quality

21/05/2024: No frills place where you eat as if you were at home, even better. The queens of the kitchen are the owner's wife and mother and they don't miss a beat. In fact you would like to stay there and eat, eat, eat. The final gem are the desserts offered by the owner and not because they are offered but because they are heavenly. Excellent in everything. Book well in advance because it has few places.

30/04/2024: We went here for a dinner. A true truffle experience. First a bruschetta with truffle which gives all the flavor and then a cut of fassona with truffle. Claudio, the owner explained every single dish to us. Without a doubt the raw material is excellent, I have never eaten such good truffles. Vote 10.

The food is of great quality and each dish is well thought out down to the smallest detail. We had a wonderful time, we ate divinely and we felt fully pampered. A place I wholeheartedly recommend

01/06/2024: We stopped for an aperitif at the Vineria dei Re, outdoors in a wonderful little square. The very kind staff gave us the best advice on choosing wine and an excellent Umbrian gin. Then we tasted an excellent platter of cold cuts and cheeses with crescia which they kindly gave us half a portion since we would then have to go to dinner. Everything perfect, from the location, to the service, to the quality of the products, to the bill. I absolutely recommend!

27/03/2024: A wonderful place where you can experience a truly Italian atmosphere. For Tuesday dinner, everyone gathers around 8 p.m. and eats together and sings Italian hits. Dinner has a set course. First, wine and a meat and cheese board. Then pasta, meat dishes and finally something sweet and stronger to drink. All for the price of 25 euros and an unforgettable wedding atmosphere, where the guests are taken care of by a very nice host - Mario.
