25/02/2024: Assolutamente il miglior sushi della zona (e da quel che vedo le recensioni lo confermano). Lo frequentiamo ormai da anni e non hanno perso mezzo colpo! Cosa assolutamente non scontata. Il pesce è freschissimo. Il sashimi lo mangio solo da loro! E tutto è preparato con grande maestria. Gentilezza, educazione, buon cibo, sempre un sorriso sulle labbra. È sempre un piacere tornarci. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità di cibo e servizio. Inoltre molto attenti al senza glutine.

24/03/2024: On the way back from Ladispoli we stopped to visit Perugia. For lunch we stopped at this very nice restaurant, the staff were very welcoming. We decided to eat some Sushi and tried an ossobuco. Finally we shared a dessert, hazelnut cream with berry sorbet and an almond cramble. Super Well done Super

20/04/2024: We came by chance and it was a great surprise for us, we had the feeling of finding ourselves in an environment that was as professional as it was familiar and enveloping. The waitress, after showing us an infinite wine list, decided to involve you in an infinite emotional state of gin and tonic. The evening ended in a riot of emotions, we will certainly return to taste the infinite emotions that will delight us.

07/04/2024: It's a nice place, not so big but the food is excellent... we've been going there for years and I can only say that we have a great time... we're welcomed... the guys who run the place are very polite and kind.. .the place is super clean....the food is super excellent...the best sushi in Umbria and it's in Spoleto.. Remember this please

03/05/2024: It's quite an inconvenient place to reach by public transport and from word of mouth and reviews I should have found an alternative point of reference for raw food in Perugia. This was not exactly the case in the sense that the products, although fresh, did not have a distinctive "character" or at least the same as other places. I personally found the raw salmon not very tasty even though the sashimi offers really thick slices. The nigiri are completely wrong in width and length according to my knowledge and the rice was good but it filled me up a lot. The spring rolls left only grease in my mouth and I didn't taste the vegetables at all or very much. The various rolls were better than the salmon alone but nothing unforgettable. Prices are well above average for an "all you can eat" formula. The place is mainly frequented by young university students. The dedicated car park which should be private land is perpetually occupied by what I consider to be residents and if it were true, I would invite the owner to encourage parking for customers only.

15/03/2024: Pranzo al volo per lavoro e di passaggio. Ho conosciuto questo posto diversi anni fa. Non propone cucina all you can eat, ma ad esempio a pranzo ha un menù fisso dove puoi scegliere 1 antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo a scelta tra quelle proposte (acqua e coperto compreso). Non sono tantissime le scelte, però devo dire che se non vuoi fare il classico "pancia mia fatti capanna" comunque può andar bene per stare con lo stomaco pieno e non appesantito. Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla gentilezza e cordialità delle cameriere e soprattutto dall'ottimo cibo. Ogni piatto è stato ottimo. Apprezzato tantissimo il sashimi salmone, tenerissimo nonostante il taglio spesso. Alla fine se non ti sazi puoi sempre ordinare qualcos'altro dalla carta. Comunque per la seconda volta non mi ha deluso, anzi..sempre in meglio. Sicuramente se ripasso in zona nell' orario di pranzo sarà il mio pit stop.

18/05/2024: Good food, great service. Fabulous wait staff. Excessive prices for the food offered. Very high care and detail of the dishes. Honestly, I haven't found such innovative flavours. Raw materials with little flavor (tuna caviar rice)
