18/02/2024: Dopo praticamente 6 anni dalla prima volta che siamo andati in questo locale e dopo svariate volte che ci siamo ritornati mi sembrava doveroso rifare una nuova recensione per ribadire che il mio giudizio oltre quello di chi era con me a cena non è per niente cambiato.
Sempre piatti validi e saporiti e prezzi possiamo dire ancora abbastanza contenuti rispetto ad altri ristoranti simili.
Ribadisco che il menù, a parte alcuni piatti fissi, varia a seconda della stagione. Questa volta a mio personale gusto, su tutti ha spiccato la lasagna con zucca e grattata di ricotta affumicata sopra.... eccezionale. Ma anche gli altri piatti erano molto buoni. Tutti i commensali sono rimasti pienamente soddisfatti.
Consigliatissimo.
P.S.: ma dove lo trovi più un locale che ti fa pagare solo 1 euro a persona il pane/coperto, complimenti.

06/04/2024: I often ate with my wife or even alone, and we were always satisfied with the dishes chosen.....and they are super quick in serving you. Personally I give a 10 to the grilled meat and their meatballs.....Well done Chef and to all its staff.,... I can't wait to return....

The only comment, unfortunately, the restaurant is only open in the morning and closed on Sundays. It's a shame for such a good pastry shop.
07/03/2024: I didn't put any stars on the food, as I have celiac disease so I can't rate this area. For the rest it is an excellent environment as the staff is very kind and affable, all qualities that are rare today. There is everything: a vast production of pastries, but also savory products.

15/01/2024: Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars otherwise it was definitely a 0. I don't know how these places still exist in 2024. Cleanliness but you don't even know what it is, dirt everywhere, dirty glasses, dirty cutlery, cobwebs near the walls etc. We don't even talk about the food, the kitchen is a nightmare, dirt everywhere, inedible food. We are workers sent by an agency but we ran away because it is not a restaurant.

Starting from the rooms:
Zero comfort not even a wardrobe or a drawer.
The walls are made of paper, you can hear shouting and shouting from the various schools that book the stay.
Let's move on to the food: AWFUL!!!!! POOR AND OFTEN DAMAGED! To get food there weren't even cutlery or tongs, so we used those from nearby dishes. What if I were intolerant or allergic to the food on the “tongs” that people used to make do at the buffet? FOLLY!
Poor and low quality breakfast.
Unspeakable.
It would also be a structure with potential (as it was recently renovated), but who knows?
He is unable to manage.
Terrible experience albeit short.
15/05/2024: DO NOT STAY HERE!
This place is trash, booked it because it was going to be close to the place I'll be working.
The breakfast is horrible! Grab a hard boiled egg and you can tell it came from a refrigerator.
The sausage is spam sausage.
Toilet seat is broken, hotel staff don't understand and won't replacement it.
The walls are dirty!
The door doesn't close and lock all the way, I have to shoulder it or slam it to hear it click.
The wifi doesn't work.
The tv doesn't work.
My colleague and I are praying almost triple for the room rate. But when you look online it says €57.
We're paying around 130.
Breakfast is €30 charged to the room, and you have to pay another €30 euro every night to eat the dinner buffet. Which is slightly better than breakfast, but every single piece of chicken and fish is dry!
So if you like chewing on rubber, enjoy.
You have to call and make a reservation over the phone, which is none refundable. So when you book, unless you're willing to lose money, or in my case try and justify why I change from such a trash hotel in the middle of a reservation.
Its right next to a highway so its never quiet.
Honestly I can keep going, and the longer I go the more pissed off I get about this place.
If I could get a refund, I would.

09/09/2023: Il rifugio apre alle 12 in punto, non spaventatevi se non vedete movimento prima. Da provare assolutamente gli gnocchi di pane con il goulash. Staff gentile e simpatico. Posti all’esterno all’ombra che costeggiano il fiume.
19/08/2023: Posto meraviglioso e personale gentilissimo. Consigliati spritz e gnocchi col gulash. IMPERDIBILE!!!

01/09/2023: Siamo venuti a distanza di un anno ed abbiamo trovato una qualità decisamente superiore. Il menu degustazione non è assolutamente noioso pur trattandosi sempre di salmone. Accostamenti di spezie e verdure notevoli. Complimenti!
