16/03/2024: We opted for this place for a quick meal. In fact the service was quick, except for a problem with the order totem. We had to order at the register but then everything went smoothly. The cashier was very courteous. The food however expensive for the portions. The tomatoes in the salad looked a little old.

10/03/2024: Everything was delicious, the service was fast and the atmosphere was very welcoming, I will definitely be back

15/05/2024: A terrible service that we would never have expected from Ikea. Order placed in March 2024 for delivery on 04/22/2024. On the appointed day we went specifically to receive the delivery. No phone calls and no one showed up during the scheduled time slot other than an email from Ikea at 12.42pm to communicate without preamble that the "delivery failed". After numerous phone calls with the customer service in Milan we were informed of a new date, today 14 May. At around 12°° the courier in charge arrives (two people who barely spoke Italian, but enough to make themselves understood that they, the goods, (50 packages) would have taken them to the 2nd floor but not to the next one served by a internal spiral staircase. This had been clearly stated when ordering and the sales assistant had guaranteed us that there would be no problems. We advise Ikea to choose its collaborators/couriers better and, as far as we are concerned, never buy again delivery via Ikea.

12/05/2024: Email to the Villesse point of sale: As expected the fitters were there on Friday. I thank you for your availability but I would like to point out that although I am pro Ikea, I will not recommend such an experience to anyone. I think it's important for you to consider this feedback because it was really embarrassing to have to question all day to get things assembled as planned. I try to convey the issues discussed in points, remembering that the kitchen has not yet been completed even though this is already the second intervention (see attached photo): the cabinets were too high in their opinion Again they did not have the pieces required by the certification and used a different product A door for the washing machine broke/was broken (see photo) They didn't mount the dishwasher door saying it wasn't compatible (I felt it could have solved the problem but not for free) They didn't make the hole for the hood saying that a grill was missing (like the one on the fridge 302.214.58) The protection film for the surface above the dishwasher has not been applied They had assembled the two fridge columns without the covering panel (I argued to have them install it with threats of never reassembling it again) They didn't want to mount the drawers because according to them the door wouldn't open despite the 150 mm hinge. I forced them to change the positioning module They didn't use the bars for the ground modules They suggested mounting the sink with silicone instead of the supplied springs but then they didn't want to do it; when the plumber arrived neither of us had the silicone and I had to get it back before the drain was fixed (thanking the plumber for the support). I see a lot of embarrassing things but at this level, I think you should be concerned about the kind of service provided, I feel sorry for you. Obviously this content will circulate on various channels, so I suggest covering it now. I am waiting to be contacted to complete what I paid (€8k) However, we thank Cosimo for his availability, if it weren't for him I would have already asked for a full return.
