29/05/2024: My husband and I have known the owner and his family for a lifetime, we already went to his restaurant in Milan. He is truly a special person, a lover of his work to which he has dedicated his life, studying the history of Italian cuisine, particularly that of Puglia, always looking for something special to offer his customers. In fact, every time we go it always surprises us by offering us different dishes. His cuisine is genuine, everything homemade like in the past and this is why his dishes have the aromas and flavors that we have now forgotten.

26/04/2024: Typical Apulian tavern. It offers traditional dishes (many of its own production) good and tasty. Aperitif offered. The only flaw was the service was a little slow even though the place wasn't full. Very classic interior.

16/05/2024: Good dishes in a historic tavern on the Naviglio Pavese. Excellent solution for a working lunch. I will definitely be back for dinner.

01/06/2024: We went for dinner... excellent Apulian cuisine, amazing orecchiette... Also the top appetizers with stracciatella and fried artichokes... A real round of applause to the staff, Luisa was very nice, funny but also very professional, you can see that she loves her job, I really congratulate her.

16/05/2024: At lunch with friends, I found a welcoming and spacious environment, tasty traditional dishes. Orecchiette and tasty tops; the broad bean purée is good (unfortunately the real chicory has disappeared), the wine is drinkable and the dessert is appropriate. The menu had other attractive offerings, worth frequenting.

13/03/2024: Special place, serene and welcoming atmosphere. Super welcome as soon as we set foot inside the place. Short menu but everything we ordered was delicious. The basic idea is to propose some traditional Apulian dishes expertly re-organised in a modern style by the chef. We start with an entreé of focaccia from Bari, accompanied by a tasting of olive oil on artisan bread. Absolutely try the soft egg among the appetizers, truly sublime! But the dish that surprised us the most were the lime prawns accompanied by crunchy cabbage, a combination that may seem risky but will amaze you! Seeing is believing! Prices in line with the Milanese average, also consider that it is a restaurant reported in the Michelin guide.

04/05/2024: A traditional Pugliese restaurant keeps up with the promise. Food is simple and truly homemade. I've had the best burrata ever. Made that morning, served in the evening. Perfectly smooth, soft, creamy, and mild. Orecchiette with 4 cheeses are amazing. Orecchiette with rocket and ricota lacked rich taste and creaminess. But overall, nice experience.

01/05/2024: Dinner with 2 typical Apulian dishes: cavatelli with mussels/chickpeas and rice, potatoes and mussels. All good! But dishes not exactly as per the Apulian tradition in particular: rice, potatoes and mussels, which could be improved. Covered: good bread and excellent taralli, it's impossible not to dig into the dishes! Rosé wine on tap: very good. We concluded with cannoli and coffee: exquisite. Friendly staff, efficient service, nice room and very clean bathroom. I conclude with the receipt: 30e per person; all in all prices in line with the fact that we are in the center of Milan and we are eating good quality food. We will definitely be back to try the meat dishes, we recommend it.++++++

26/12/2023: Friendly food and over the top service, especially the burrata... Excellent peppered mussels and orecchiette with nduja... The owner is super nice as is the rest of the staff... Even the mother chef is super nice... we will be back Surely. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. Ps I suggest you book the tasting menu a few days before.

26/12/2023: Scelta pessima per il pranzo di Natale, alla prenotazione avevo chiesto qualche piatto vegetariano per una persona su 4 in totale (il menu di Natale costava 50 euro) e al nostro arrivo scopriamo che se ne erano dimenticati. Solo come primo mi è stato servito un piatto di pasta fatta in casa , mentre il menu comprendeva due primi piatti. Delle due verdure presenti sul menu una era servita insieme al sugo della tagliata e l’altra era rappresentata da finocchio crudo (il menu diceva pinzimonio di verdure). Poi, malgrado avessimo chiesto un tavolo a lato sala (ci accompagnava mio cagnolino pauroso), avevano dimenticato anche questo. Uno dei ns ospiti ha dovuto inoltre assentarsi quasi subito per motivi suoi personali e ci hanno fatto pagare anche il suo pasto benché non lo abbiano servito (siamo usciti con una dog bag che conteneva ben poco)…. Quindi, recensione pessima.

16/05/2024: Excellent welcome and service! With the orecchiette with turnip tops we were on the safe side and the lamb was also very good. The thing that surprised me, however, was the chocolate salami! Unique!

05/05/2024: I bet the food with wine will be better, please dont eat horse meat and drink coke like me 😁😁 I love the atmosphere and restaurant’s decoration. Furthermore the chef and the waiter are so nice and kind 5/5 for the waiter cute smile 😄

22/03/2024: Authentic Osteria with a small, well-selected menu. The service was very attentive and courteous. We were looked after very well despite the language barrier. The ingredients were fresh and the food was excellent. Totally recommended.
