I have eaten a lot of meat and consequently I have also tried many butcher shops but since I discovered this butcher shop on tik tok and after trying it I always go there, to understand how good it is and how much I like it, just think that I travel 40 km there and 40 return to go there, Trentola Ducenta was already special for me because my mother was from there and many relatives live there in Trentola Ducenta but now it is super since I discovered De Marco Carni.
Super quality and prices even lower than the others (certainly due to the quantity they sell) you take a number to be served and it is always full of people and for me this was the first input when I arrived the first time (the people of that area he understands the good stuff and how)

06/05/2024: The takeaway pizza was a flat, biscuity disc... even though I appreciate the classic cartwheel pizza and not the contemporary one, I don't know whether it can even be included in that category. They don't use basil... low price, 4 euros. Decent taste but not leavened or light dough.

23/02/2024: The pizza was excellent, truly "rustic" as I like it, the chicken was fresh but unfortunately a little behind in cooking in some places still pink.
But it must have been an oversight.
However, for €10 family pizza with 8 slices and 1 skewered chicken, I would say more than convenient.

03/03/2024: Abbiamo mangiato all'osteria di domenica a pranzo. Ambiente semplice e familiare, tipico dell'osteria, personale gentilissimo, proprietario-cuoco molto attento al giudizio del cliente.
Abbiamo mangiato carciofi arrostiti, deliziosi, tagliatelle funghi salsiccia e provola, saporite, ma non pesanti, arrosto di vitello, tenerissimo, contorni di patatine fritte e verdure grigliate miste,davvero ben preparate, caffè e limoncello.
Nulla da eccepire, cibo semplice (siamo in un'osteria), ma ottimo
Conto: 25€ a testa.

03/03/2024: This pizzeria was a great discovery. We tried it as a takeaway from some friends. Arrived very hot. We then repeated with takeaway. Dorys pizza is really good. Dough and products of the highest quality and seeing the master pizza chef at work you understand why.
