21/04/2024: Recently renovated pizzeria, very nice place, well furnished and pizzas in traditional Neapolitan style, as the place is affiliated with "true Neapolitan pizza". Good marinara and margherita, friendly staff. The only flaw is the prices: personally I find it unjustified, even reasoning based on food costs, that a Marinara (tomato, oregano, garlic and basil) could cost 6 euros. Same price for the margherita and even for the Cossack, simply tomato, basil and grated parmesan.

27/05/2024: We were on Saturday evening 25th May in this very nice place, we sat outside, the staff was very kind, as regards the quality of the pizza and a calzone we were not thrilled, unfortunately, we did not notice a difference in the ingredients lively and fresh flavour, a shame because the pizza dough, on the other hand, was really excellent.

18/05/2024: Business in the center of Telese with good quality products, normal prices, courtesy of the staff. For first courses it is suggested to increase the dose, for the rest there is nothing to complain about. See you next time for the pizza.

15/05/2024: My pizza was inedible, raw and burnt, due to several errors during cooking, even though there were 3 staff at the pizza counter, so there is no shortage of staff. I didn't ask to redo the pizza because we had already waited more than forty minutes for the two ordered. As a customer, I cannot be treated differently from those who eat your pizza on any other day of the week with less attendance, I would probably have eaten a better made pizza given that the ingredients are of high quality. Friendly dining room staff. Starting from the fact that I know well that managing a flow of people and takeaways on a Saturday evening is not easy, but if you are poorly organized it becomes impossible. Better to do the right thing done well than a lot with many errors.

27/01/2024: A place with a wonderful atmosphere. Center. Parking was easy. There is a nice park nearby, but it is closed in the winter. Service is good. Cocktails: the best. Thank you sincerely for the atmosphere

02/05/2024: Quello che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso è stata certamente la gentilezza del personale di sala, mai stucchevole nel servizio, ma sempre presente al bisogno. Gentili e simpatici, ti coccolano fino alla fine, accompagnandoti nel percorso cucinato dal meraviglioso chef Luciano Villani. Penso che quando si arrivi a questi livelli in cucina c'è poco da spiegare, in tavola si porta l'arte e l'arte va vissuta e non raccontata. Esperienza sublime. Il risotto magnifico, l'uovo sublime. Il maître è stato molto attento e gentile ne consigliarci al meglio, mi ha aiutato, tra l'altro, a scegliere un'ottima bollicina per accompagnare degnamente tutta la cena. Luciano alla fine, è stato molto cortese a venirci a salutare al tavolo, cosicché ci siamo potuti congratulare di persona. Non c'è stata una nota negativa in tutta la serata. Ottima la carta dei vini (qualche volta i rincari spingono un pò in alto ma ci può stare), non ho visto la carta dei distillati perché, talmente soddisfatto, non ce la facevo ad affrontare il gran finale, ma ci ritornerò per questo e per provare il menu di pesce. Prezzi in linea con i ristoranti di questo livello.

14/04/2024: Ho soggiornato nel resort e ho cenato in entrambe i ristoranti, sia quello standard che lo stellato. Scriverò dello stellato, ma desidero suggerire anche l’altro perché si mangia molto bene in particolare quei tortelli ripieni di melanzana, una delizia. L’esperienza complessiva è stata buona, l’ambiente è bello, moderno ma caldo, ha una decisa personalità, il servizio è attento e gentile. Carta dei vini ampia con ricarichi apparentemente nella media, ma solo per alcune tipologie, diversamente è superiore a quanto ci si aspetta. Sommelier preparato che sa, se lo chiedi, accompagnarti alla giusta scelta. Ho scelto un vino del territorio bianco, abbinato al menù di pesce. Le entrèe ben fatte e piacevoli, un paio di assomigliavano nel gusto anche sé diverse nella forma. Tagliatelle di calamaro ottime, come la ricciola scottata super delicata, infatti invertirei l’ordine dei piatti perché si perde il gusto dato che le tagliatelle sono più saporite. Pasta e patate di gambero crudo buonissima, stessa cosa per gli spaghetti leviatico ricci e bottarga. Deludente il crudo e cotto di pesce e crostacei, materia prima buonissima e cotta ottimamente, ma è un piatto assemblato senza la personalità dei precedenti, peccato. Buono e bello il dolce. Un paio di appunti, pulizia de tavolo durante la cena, essendo nero le briciole si notano e solo quando richiesto sono state tolte; grappa a 18 euro è eccessiva, anche perché se al cliente viene chiesto - le possiamo offrire un digestivo o altro - non andrebbe nel conto, diversamente si chiede - desidera un digestivo…- lo dico sulla base di altre esperienze in ristoranti di questo tipo. In conclusione 230 euro - ho cenato da solo - per l’esperienza complessiva è un po’ troppo, se paragonata ad altre identiche tipologie a 1 stella.
