Assistere al passaggio di testimone non è stato facile, ma Luca, il nuovo gestore, sembra intenzionato a non far rimpiangere il passato. Ottimo cibo e soprattutto un bere d'eccezione. Continua così!

11/05/2024: Nuova gestione, direi ottima partenza. Premetto che vi è presente anche il vecchio titolare che non guasta mai , vista la super professionalità. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e bevuto altrettanto bene. Anche i nostri amici non di Ovada, ma che comunque conoscevano già il locale sono rimasti più che soddisfatti. Sul conto è un locale un po' più su della media di altri, ma dipende molto da quello che si beve. Complimenti, continuate così.

06/04/2024: I returned on Easter day after over a year. I have to correct the previous negative experience. This last time even though the place was full, excellent service, kindness, good food...no queue at the checkout, no problem with the promotion that was suggested to me, everything ok

26/04/2024: We had lunch at the restaurant with a couple of friends on the occasion of April 25th. The place is beautiful, nestled in the mountains, with lots of greenery. The road to get there is narrow but easily passable and once up, after a couple of hairpin bends, there is ample parking. Vast menu, delicious food, lots of desserts and honest prices. We had lunch in a beautiful outdoor area with a view of the landscape and a fireplace for the colder days. The staff was very kind and professional. After lunch we were able to use the outdoor area with deckchairs to sunbathe and enjoy the view. Truly a beautiful experience. If you are nearby don't miss it.

04/03/2024: Simply wonderful. Excellent food, unmissable cider and an atmosphere suitable for those who love the fantasy world, from anime to video games to Norse mythology. Unmissable if you are in those areas. Detached but very professional service. Also try the baked potatoes instead of the fried ones.

01/04/2024: Coming back is always a pleasure, both for the courtesy of the owners and waiters, and for the goodness of the meat. Heaven on earth. The starters are no exception, of course, but the fillet is something special. The bill appropriate to the pleasure experienced. We returned again this year in April 2024 and I can only reconfirm what was said in the previous review.

02/04/2024: Great place to eat quality meat at a reasonable price. Fairly quick and friendly service, nice staff. The lights in the room are perhaps a little too bright. The bulk red wine wasn't great.

09/04/2024: Happened by chance returning from the sea... a fabulous experience! Mattia, a young chef, explained to us all the types of meat and their maturation, advising us exactly what our palate wanted! We had a wonderful dinner, the service was impeccable, the quality of the food was excellent, the wine list was absolutely up to par with the proposed menu. All 'accompanied' by an essential environment, well furnished, fresh, clean, tidy and without chaos... which made our dinner sublime. The prices are absolutely in line. We will definitely return and definitely recommend it! Congratulations to Mattia and his staff...young boy who has ventured into a difficult undertaking, that of catering!
