Definitely the best bakery in Albenga! Excellent variety and quality! There is always a queue outside and the size of the place doesn't help to dispose of it.

Good focaccia for the standard of western Liguria... unfortunately, and I don't understand how they can do it (you couldn't in Milan), they often close to rest, in addition to the normal closing day of Monday and in addition to the several weeks of holidays from mid-October onwards . The focaccia is good though!

Exceptional bread, really delicious and there is a huge variety of flour choices. The focaccia is no exception, one of my absolute favorites. Every time I come to Albenga this bakery is an obligatory stop. The only flaw is that it is difficult to get the bread home, because there is the risk of eating it all as soon as you leave the shop to "just have a taste" 😆

All very good, their dough is very soft and the bread is delicious, the pizzas and focaccias have a delicious taste, the savory pie is also very good. I will definitely be back for the brioche. Super friendly staff 🍀
