Very substantial Apricena, excellent food and excellent cocktails

We went to this bar for a simple aperitif and were pleasantly surprised. The bar overlooks Piazza della Vittoria, one of the most beautiful in all of Genoa, therefore it boasts a wonderful location. The staff are incredibly friendly and nice, on several occasions they stopped at our table to have a chat. The offer is excellent: the aperitif menus are plentiful and the food is of excellent quality (pinsa, very fresh platters, frisceau, spicy pitted olives, broad beans, cheeses, and so on). The cocktails are varied, ranging from classics to more innovative proposals (the Vampiro, for example, with vodka, tequila, tomato juice, Tabasco, pepper, honey, onions).
