We came across this wine bar/restaurant by chance and loved it. One of the best and yet cheapest meals during our stay in Rome. Even the waiter spoke German. ☺️👍

Random but lucky choice, so much so that I went back several times, then when I learned that they have Poppella's Snowflakes... I went crazy. The first time I came we had a takeaway lunch with some excellent sandwiches, when we returned we also tasted their coffee and obviously the Snowflakes. Friendly and helpful staff

Ottimo bar vicino al Vaticano e a poche centinaia di metri dall'ospedale Bambino Gesù. Dispone di una saletta interna dove fanno cucina e wine bar e dei tavoli esterni: Noi abbiamo preso dei tramezzini ed erano molto buoni e freschi. Servizio veloce

Questo posticino a due passi da san Pietro è sempre una garanzia sia per il ricco aperitivo a un ottimo prezzo sia per la cena . Servizio molto piacevole, piatti di qualità e conto più che onesto

Nous sommes allés en famille dans cette trattoria, accueil très prévenant, petite terrasse sympa sur la rue. Les tramezzini sont excellents et variés, les pâtes de même ainsi que les secondi piatti...apéritifs et vin au verre à des prix raisonnables. Bref, un bon moment...

27/02/2024: Stumbled upon this by chance looking for a place to have lunch. We had some doubts since it is attached to a petrol station. The place however is nice, very popular during the lunch break by those who work in the area. The lunch offer is varied and of high quality, 9 euros. I will definitely go back for dinner because I was amazed by what they manage to serve for lunch, grinding large numbers quickly but without sacrificing quality. We had a very well made bean and mussel soup and some very tasty side vegetables. 9 euros and we had lunch. The waitress was super nice!
20/02/2024: We passed by it many times, we thought that a restaurant behind a petrol station wasn't worth much. Then last night, to our great joy, we changed our minds. Nice and very welcoming place. Friendly staff who make you feel at home. Good and plentiful food. We had a really good time. We only have one small regret. We were so full that we didn't order desserts. Definitely coming back.

Ristorante La Fonte di Enea

18/03/2024: A restaurant where you can breathe intimacy, family, excellent dishes, trained and truly kind managers. Always recommended.
30/01/2024: It is difficult to find places where you eat so well, you are served so well and in such a soft and at the same time warm environment. Waiters always friendly, fast and competent. Excellent sommelier who helped us choose the wine perfectly, very good. Fair prices for the high quality of the ingredients used. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.
