Raw tortellini, asked to bring me the course again, but they still arrived raw, high price, and a lot of waiting, in all this the staff were quite nice!! :)

Nell’incantevole conca di Riale, antico insediamento Walser e paradiso dello sci nordico, un ristorante caldo e accogliente, che propone piatti della tradizione con un pizzico di originalità. Accurata selezione delle materie prime, servizio puntuale e preciso, semplice e nello stesso tempo elegante. Da segnalare la preparazione in proprio dei dolci lievitati, in primis il panettone, vanto ed orgoglio della casa: “il panettone più alto d’Italia”, dato che viene preparato a 1.800 metri di quota! Anche il pane e la focaccia serviti a tavola sono rigorosamente home made. Tutto eccellente.

The online shipping fulfilled my request perfectly, in fact the panettone arrived within the requested period, two of them were intended for Christmas giveaways. After tasting it, my husband and I decided to keep them because we had never really had such a good panettone. enjoyed. Mia figlia ed io ci siamo state ad agosto di due o tre anni fa ma nulla è cambiato La colazione è sana e genuina i prodotti a lm 0 sono ottimi, il personale è molto gentile, anche la cena si è rivelata 🔝Quest’anno ho prenotato on line Tre panettoni, mi era stato detto che lo chef recentemente aveva iniziato questa produzione e che erano molto buoni. La spedizione on line ha rispettato perfettamente la mia richiesta infatti i panettoni mi sono arrivati nell periodo richiesto , due di essi erano destinati ad omaggi natalizi Dopo averlo assaggiato mio marito ed io abbiamo deciso di tenerceli perché un panettone così buono non l’avevamo davvero mai gustato. Il profumo , la morbidezza dell’ impasto molto soffice e delicato, e poi i grossi canditi e l’uvettona … che dire una vera goduria Complimenti primo in classifica tra quelli assaggiati ( Sal de Riso, Cannavacciuolo, Oldani, Albertengo ecc…)

We have been frequenting the Walser Schtuba for years now, especially in winter, and over time we have accumulated some wonderful memories. When we come here it's pure relaxation for us. Francesca and Ramona make you feel at home, while Matteo pampers your palate with his refined, high-quality cuisine. For us it is a highly recommended place.

Posizione strategica salendo verso il lago di Morasco. Il servizio poco attento al cliente e abbastanza sbrigativo nonostante il cibo fosse buono nella sostanza e carino nella forma. La gestione della clientela potrebbe essere rivista soprattutto nei periodi di maggiore affluenza.

Nous sommes venus en 2015 lors d'une traversée des Alpes à skis et j'en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Nous avions mangé et avions été reçu comme des rois. Nous sommes revenus cette année pour passer le nouvel an et c'est toujours aussi bon et l'accueil est vraiment top. La cuisine est vraiment excellente : c'est un vrai régal de variété des produits locaux ainsi qu'un plaisir des yeux; le chef connaît son métier. Pour le service, ils font vraiment bien leur travail et l'on se sent tout de suite bien accueillis. Vous l'aurez compris : nous avons a-do-ré et ne souhaitons que revenir. 🙂
