31/05/2024: We had a fantastic experience at Cadebasi. There was new menu, which had changed very recently and they were able to explain every dish in detail and were so passionate about the food. We started with a glass of the local Franciacorta sparkling and the recommended some lovely red wine for the meal, which we felt were really reasonably priced. They were also really helpful in suggesting local vineyards where we could learn more about the regions wines. The impression we got was of a restaurant that is firmly routed in the local area with knowledgeable and super friendly team who have a real passion for great food and drink - would wholeheartedly come again!!

28/05/2024: Absolutely outstanding food and at very reasonable prices. The chef/owner Alessandro is very experienced and amazingly creative in all his food preparations.. His main waiter Davido explains (in perfect English) with passion every detail of all the menu's numerous dining options. We returned now for the forth time after initially discovering it in 2023. This time around was following 4 weeks of dining at numerous high end (and several one star Michelin) restaurants in France and Italy, so we had a lot with which to compare it. Most recently at Due Colombe in the neighboring village of Borganato. There, they may offer you white tablecloths, but their food did not come close to the level of Cadebasi. This restaurant earns a 5 star review and definitely should not be missed when you are in the region of Lago Iseo.
