Very nice place, immersed in the heart of the Sassi (Sasso Barisano), excellent food rich in typical local products revisited in a modern key. Wide choice of beers. I recommend the “Anna” sandwich and the bruschetta with bran peppers, cheese and walnuts. The staff is friendly, kind; however the wait was a little excessive.

Locale molto carino,immerso nel cuore dei Sassi (sasso barisano), cibo ottimo ricco di prodotti tipici del territorio rivisitati in chiave moderna. Vasta scelta di birre. Consiglio il panino “Anna” e le bruschette con peperoni cruschi, formaggio e noci. Lo staff è cordiale, gentile; tuttavia l’attesa è stata un tantino eccessiva.

Trovato casualmente passeggiando tra le vie del Barisano. Il menù presenta piatti della tradizione come la Cialledda, che ho preso accompagnata da una bottiglia di verdeca. Se si vuole trascorrere del tempo in tranquillità lo consiglio vivamente; inoltre è stato piacevole accomodarsi fuori in quanto la zona è riparata è servita con “funghi”.

Sono stata in questo splendido locale dall’allestimento molto originale con tutta la mia famiglia, bambini compresi. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, il posto è veramente bello e caratteristico scavato nel tufo. Regala una bella esperienza aggiuntiva a Matera! Consigliatissimo🫶🏼

01/04/2024: Refined environment, typical and refined cuisine, all local and high quality products; Impeccable service, kind and attentive staff. A small but welcoming place with furnishings in the typical Matera tuff, both the room and the bathrooms are very clean. The evening view is spectacular if you choose to dine outdoors. Fair prices for the type of quality and service it offers.
