In addition to the standard, there are two daily specials, 12-15€. Paninos and drinks are of course cheap. The right amount and everything is delicious. Although it is located on the premises of the University of Venice headquarters, it is not a school cafeteria, and since it is located within the university, it is not expensive at all, but I remember that it was only open until evening on weekdays.

This is the university professors’ canteen, tucked away in the corner of a courtyard but open to the public. Food is excellent and great value for money. Service is very friendly and quick. It has a canteen atmosphere, but was such a great find that we ate there twice in a week.

First time in Venice with me with my wife and we spotted this lovely restaurant. Great service and delicious lasagna and tuna Salad. And the price is amazing. We are definitely coming back

29/05/2024: Small hidden gem in Venice! Our Italian friends took us there. They have authentic homemade Italian food. I had "spaghetti al nero di seppia with shrimp" It was simply delightful! Full of flavor and shrimp! We also ordered the house lasagna, and the mixed fish platter. Everything was exquisite. The restaurant is small so they are very personable and they will recommend/adjust to your liking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that would like to eat some authentic Italian food.
28/05/2024: Ran into the owner early morning and made reservation for later that night. Loud, Locals, Great meal, Great wine, Great time. Excellent staff and owner, a true Italian experience. Very reasonable bill, Our cheapest dinner in Italy during our trip !. We would be regulars if we lived there. Five stars from a former chef.

01/06/2024: The best pizzeria in all of Caorle... Super Service Great atmosphere Delicious food You are very warmly welcomed here and your wishes are catered for... we are happy to come back to this pizzeria again and again and let us show you a touch of Bella Italia...
27/05/2024: We went to eat with two people and I must say that the quality of the dishes (paccheri with scampi and cherry tomatoes, fried calamari, a soaso and 2 desserts) was very good, BUT... the service offered by the gentleman, who followed the our table (number 22), was less than satisfactory. He forgot about us and took it easy (unlike his colleague, who managed the other part of the room in a shrewd and professional manner). Furthermore, after eating the paccheri, I asked, again at our. waiter, to recommend a small fish, explaining that it was more out of desire than hunger. He brought me a €45 snack. So much for tasting. Would I recommend the place? It depends on who does the table service. 🤷‍♀️
