The dishes cooked by the chef are superlative, from the appetizers to the desserts you can savor the unique and authentic flavors of Peru, the cheviche is delicious (in my opinion the best in the city) not to mention the fisherman's chaufa rice. Finally, the desserts will leave you with a wonderful memory, I recommend the pie de limon, one of the best versions I've ever eaten. A 10/10 dinner

Very good food, the choice of dishes is a bit limited. I noticed that, compared to the last time I was there, the prices have definitely increased and the quantities have reduced.

Bellissima location, servizio attento e allegro. Vino sfuso peruviano decente. Jaleita de choros: frittura di cozze e patate buona ma non eccellente. Chaufa del pescatore veramente buona, leggermente asciutta. peccato non abbia provato le ceviche. Prezzo ottimo.

Ristorante che abbiamo provato incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni. Non è vicinissimo al centro, ma ben collegato. Gli interni sono ben curati e nel complesso danno un’impressione di simpatia e accoglienza, così come il veloce e sorridente servizio. Abbiamo assaggiato degli ottimi Amanecer Andini, crocchette a base di quinoa dal cuore filante (al telefono). Buono e ben bilanciato anche l’avocado ripieno di salmone e salsine varie, anche se di gusti sicuramente più internazionali. Il Ceviche,mai assaggiato prima, è stato veramente interessante, non concepito per essere mangiato come un piatto italiano,ma quasi come un mosaico. Può piacere o no, è un sapore molto diverso dal nostro. Materia prima eccellente, tonno in primis.A me è piaciuto , ma forse lo avrei preso come antipasto più piccolo: la quantità mi ha portato alla lunga a stancarmi dei tanti contrasti. L’unico abbinamento che non sono riuscito a capire è stato quello con il mais tostato, un po’ troppo farinoso nel mix per i miei gusti. La Chaufa del pescatore è da andarci apposta. Essenzialmente ricorda un mix tra una paella ed un riso alla cantonese. Non è un risotto ai frutti di mare e non è neanche un risotto: è ben diverso e ben definito.
