Excellent fish. Arm yourself with a lot of patience for the wait, because dishes are freshly made.

I celebrated 2 birthdays and I tasted both meat and fish, all cooked very well, very high quality even in the wines

You can choose between fish or Piedmontese. We chose the second course and took some appetizers such as: ham and parmesan mouse. The ham was really good as was the mousse. Then the fassona steak with very good leeks and a castelmango croissant and caramelized onions. Spinach flan and finally the boiled meat salad which was amazing. First we had risotto with radicchio, Barolo wine and sausage. Something superlative

È la seconda volta che vengo in questo ristorante dove, stranamente per essere in montagna, servono pesce buonissimo. Oggi ci siamo gustati tentacoli di polipo con polenta taragna, spaghetti alle vongole con bottarga, fritto misto. Tutto ottimo e abbondante.

Personale gentilissimo e il mangiare è tutto ottimo

I miei più vivi complimenti. Proposta di due menù, uno di pesce ed uno piemontese - scelto il menù di pesce. Se volete gustare il mare, venite in montagna a Traves nelle Valli di Lanzo!! 5 antipasti di pesce (vero!!) proposti dalla casa super abbondanti dove si "mangia" e non si "assaggia" solamente (notevole il polpo in doppia cottura su polenta taragna). A seguire un primo (spaghetti con vongole, bottarga e pomodorini) eccezionale in sapore e quantità (davvero sorprendente). Non c'era spazio per il secondo che sarebbe stato anch'esso ottimo. Finale con Sorbetto al limone corretto genepy (per tornale in montagna dopo la "gita al mare"). A questo punto, da provare assolutamente il menù piemontese. Costo onestissimo, servizio gentile e professionale con amaro offerto prima di salutare e lasciare il locale. Non cambiate!
