Lovely place, very helpful and always smiling staff. In Sant'Ilario I was able to have a true Tuscan experience, also thanks to the presence of the Trattoria in the structure, where we were able to taste vegetables from the estate's personal garden and very fresh local products. Thank you and we will definitely see you soon. Thanks again

A wonderful place to stay! We've been there 3 years ago and I still think of the herbal smell, the great, big room and the great breakfast. It is a place to regather strength and get some rest from the world. The restaurant is expensive, but worth it.

Sant'Ilario is really a beautiful place. The location is perfect for trips to Certaldo, San Gimignano, Siena or Volterra. However, the connection to the town is rather poor and not recommended without a rental car. The complex itself is very nice and the restaurant offers fine cuisine. We had an apartment whose kitchen wasn't particularly well equipped. (only 4 water glasses, 3 wine glasses, but there were 5 of us.) but in general it was a very nice stay.

La location spettacolare, anche se un po’ difficile da trovare, consiglierei di dare un po’ più di pittura alle indicazioni per indicare meglio l’andata..
camerieri gentili, ma il cibo non ci ha entusiasmato.

Posto da riprovare per poter dare il massimo dei voti, purtroppo in questa occasione un incidente di percorso ha rovinato L esperienza… nulla di grave per un ristorante nella media ma per un simile posto difficile da non considerare (vino al calice ghiaccio marmato ed un sangiovese ghiaccio sciupa la bocca a chiunque). Un esperienza da fare!!

Evolutionary Italian cuisine that respects tradition in a magnificent environment!! Local products in short circuits. I recommend this place, which I have frequented regularly for over 8 years, which continues to strive for perfection.
