Trattoria Serafino In Catania

My partner and I returned to the "Serafino" restaurant yesterday and ordered again only the mixed starter of marinated cooked and raw seafood, for two people. Appetizer made of many tastings brought to the table in sequence. All always appreciated very much, truly delicious. Compliments For me, going to "Serafino" is a certainty: fresh fish, delicate house white wine that pairs well with the dishes expertly cooked by the chef. The service and the quality/price ratio are also 5 stars. Pleasant location. Whether you are with your family or with friends, you always make a good impression. You leave satisfied for what you ate, for how much you paid, for the cordial but also convivial atmosphere found. A nice place. Next times we will also taste the other dishes Very recommended restaurant for me.

Excellent trattoria with abundant fish menu at reasonable prices

Trattoria without infamy or praise. Located in the historic center of the city, with on-street parking (so not easy to find). The atmosphere is welcoming in perfect classic trattoria style, so lots of smiles, few frills and lots of substance. The staff is friendly and also professional, the menu offers many fish-based dishes. The variety of starters is good, even if some are defrosted products. Personally I had a plate of pasta, I must say generous in quantity and well seasoned.

If you want to taste fish dishes characteristic of the region and the city, this is a restaurant worth visiting. Appetizers with swordfish, marinated anchovies, mussels marinara style, octopus salad and fried calamari, all very good and recommended. Then we opted for two first courses, spaghetti with seafood and penne with cream and pistachios, both savory, olfactory and with a good taste. Enjoyed a good mandarin sorbet and the inevitable bitter from southern Italy, with an intense and fragrant taste. Even if our football team lost at the table we won by enjoying such dishes. Fair price per head, valid quality/price ratio. Recommended place.

Cena con amici , abbiamo gustato insieme la serie infinita di antipasti: crudi , fritti e anche zuppa di cozze. Poi due primi meravigliosi, per finire sorbetto e amaro. Cosa dire materia prima di qualità e cucina tradizionale veramente gustosa! Abbiamo trascorso una magnifica serata in allegria con un servizio anche puntuale e cortese. Consigliato!!!!

Me lo hanno consigliato, oggi sono stato a pranzo con la mia famiglia, ottimo pesce, porzioni perfette, personale cortese ed ospitale, ho ringraziato chi mi ha suggerito il locale, da 30 anni che vado a mangiare in giro pesce, uno dei locali migliori che abbia trovato a menù fisso, spaghetti al nero di seppie più che buoni, ritornerò sicuramente
