Trattoria San Giovanni In Ivrea

16/05/2024: Welcoming place, friendly and quick staff, the pizzas we ordered were delicious and giant, the starter with raw ham and buffalo mozzarella was really excellent.

15/05/2024: I come to this pizzeria very often, but recently I have found the staff very disorganized and not attentive to the customer. For example, they have already made us sit at the table 3 or 4 times without even bringing us the menu and, once ordered, either the pizzas arrive after at least 15 minutes, or the pizzas arrive before the drinks, in short they are very confusing and many times panicking because they can't handle the large influx of people. Some waiters are courteous like the shaved boy with glasses, others are very hasty and presumptuous like the gentleman with brown hair and a moustache. As for the food, the ingredients are of excellent quality and the pizza is good, but lately I've always found it a little too burnt underneath and this has had a major impact on the taste. In conclusion I believe that their problem is the fact that the place has become a bit small for all the people there and the staff is few, we should expand from these points of view because the food is of quality.
