My 10 year old son and I find ourselves having dinner almost by chance in this restaurant, early on Tuesday evening, we are welcomed with great, unostentatious hospitality, an inviting aroma of cooking, a warm, family atmosphere, we tasted the fried focaccias with delicious and light stracchino, the fresh pasta with a stratospheric pesto is an excellent meat sauce, an encore of focaccias, the home-cut fries were so good and a half portion of mixed fried food which was also very good, I was struck by the authenticity of the courtesy of the spontaneity and professionalism of Mr. Ennio, but also by the atmosphere of the other diners, all at ease and in a good mood. Even though we live in Western Liguria we will be back soon, thank you very much for this beautiful evening

I have already been to this restaurant several times with my husband and some of our friends and we had a great time. An old-fashioned environment where you cook like in the past, everything is homemade and by hand, the owner is welcoming and friendly. All the dishes are excellent, starting from the panisse, the focaccette, the pansoti in walnut sauce, the ravioli with sauce, the lasagne with pesto, the Ligurian rabbit, the stockfish... Highly recommended for those who want to taste typical Ligurian dishes

We had lunch in this restaurant where we arrived by car from Sori. The road is beautiful, a little winding and narrow in some places. There is a nice car park in front of the restaurant. Near the church and along the road you can find more. The entrance is decorated with wisteria and flowers. It has a beautiful lounge and a veranda. La Rosa is well known and recommended for the quality and uniqueness of the Ligurian dishes they prepare with care. They offer a good choice of dishes with fair prices (the pesto with green beans is excellent). I liked everything! 😋

I ate one of the best pestos of my life. I also tried the ravioli with sauce and they were amazing. The food is very good, I would say. Super polite and competent staff. Highly recommended. Ps maybe I would recommend a slightly more intense extraction system for the place because you'll still have a bit of a fried smell, even if it often happens in these trattorias. Just to find a little flaw.

Cena davvero squisita! Focaccine assolutamente da provare, le migliori in assoluto. Come primi abbiamo preso pansoti e trofie al pesto, qualità elevatissima ( si sente proprio che è fatto tutto da loro)! Abbiamo avuto ultimissima conferma anche dai dolci, davvero ottimi! Personale gentile e disponibile, buonissimo rapporto qualità- prezzo. Non ho nulla da dire se non di andarlo a provare! Davvero complimenti!
