Trattoria 5 minutes from Lake Viverone, we have been there several times and always had a good time. Piedmontese cuisine and local wine, all really good. We will definitely be back.

The dishes of the true Piedmontese tradition, without "smudges" of modernity. Rustic setting, very quiet and excellent service. All courses are worth trying but never forget their mixed fried food: very light and not at all greasy. For those who want to accompany everything with excellent wine, you can try their Erbaluce with 10 cum laude

23/03/2024: If you eat the Colomba del Brusa I assure you that you will never buy the others again then they will make you do the tasting then there is also the savory one the fresh bread in short come here because it's worth it I love them also for the good works they do for the less fortunate
