26/05/2024: Good food, worth it. We ordered tagliatelle with venison ragù and lubianske, the availability of gluten-free options was also excellent and attention was paid to this, the dishes were hot and of the right quantity, the potatoes in the pan were good and plentiful. Good quality price. The service was a bit of a joke, the second courses arrived first with the side dishes and then the first courses, it already says a lot, the bread had to be requested, it wasn't brought to us automatically, the beer arrived practically warm. The parmesan for the pasta arrived calmly without a spoon, which the waitress later brought. We had to order the coffee 4 times, once it arrived there was no sugar to ask for. Several times I had to specify that a special menu had been agreed for a child who could not eat gluten (a constant), hearing from the room that it was not available. The best of the best, however, was the request for the house desserts, where the three present were listed. When asked if the tiramisu was homemade or packaged frozen, the waitress replied that they keep it in the fridge 🤣 ( and where did you want to keep it in the oven?) Covered I find it a little expensive since there are no tablecloths but only paper placemats, but that's my opinion and the playground should be looked after a little more. Overall it was a nice lunch, the entertainment with Ernesto and the child painter was nice, the children had fun and we parents had a carefree lunch, I hope and hope that the incompetence of the dining room staff is due to the hiring of extra staff for the event
