A plate of gorgonzola goodies (excellent) and water in a carafe, 14 euros. A little bit for a worker on his lunch break.

Cozy place. Traditional cuisine, without frills, sincere. Excellent appetizer of mixed cured meats with fried pie that is worth a special mention: perfect and not greasy. The roasted culatello is less memorable, but decent. Tenerina with super delicious eggnog. All the staff are very helpful and always smiling, appreciated! Fair bill (around €60 for two)

Excellent Piacenza (and non-Piacenza) cuisine in a lovely and well-kept location. Often full at lunch, better to call and reserve a table! Honest prices and, perhaps, even low in relation to quantity and quality. Absolutely recommended

28/04/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Ostarcello and was extremely satisfied with the dining experience offered. The welcoming atmosphere and rustic furnishings create a warm and familiar atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff was courteous and attentive, ready to satisfy our every request. But the real star of the evening was the cuisine. Each dish was a masterpiece of taste and presentation. From starters to desserts, each course was expertly prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The meat was impeccable, tender and succulent with delicious and well-balanced sides. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an authentic and unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to return to once again savor the delicacies this restaurant has to offer.
