It was really a good dining experience. We didn't have a reservation, but they managed to seat us within 30 minutes. The waiters were really helpful and gave excellent recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place if you want some really good and authentic food.

We just had the most fantastic lunch at Que Ganzi. We ordered both pasta specials and they truly were special. The linguine with clams and bottarga had the finest, juiciest clams. The ravioli with duck sauce was so rich and flavorful. We asked Domenico, the owner (?) to recommend a wine and we had the most delicious Tuscan wine that was Merlot and Syrah grapes, not the usual Sangiovese. We bought a bottle to take home. Aside from delicious food and wonderful service, the prices are beyond reasonable. We highly recommend the dinner menu, also available Saturday and Sunday lunch. We also recommend the weekday lunch menu that has the same quality but at a very low price.

A restaurant so nice we had to come twice ! We came here at the very beginning of our roadtrip through Tuscany and tried the lunch menu, which is very reasonably prized for the great quality food you get. We loved it so much we decided to make a detour and come back to Florence before catching our flight. It was worth it ! We had some of the items on the menu as well as some of the special dishes for Easter weekend. The service is very good, they are all very kind and accomodating. Can't wait to come back a third time next time we're in Florence :)

Continua ad essere una certezza, sia per la qualità dei piatti, sia per l'attenzione al cliente, frutto della professionalità di Domenico, il gestore... che ama il suo lavoro e lo svolge sempre nel rispetto di tutti gli accorgimenti utili. Ottima anche la proposta dei vini.

Don't know what more to say other than it was the best meal we had in Florence and on top of that the prices were reasonable. Recommended to us by a local and they were spot on. What a gem. Make sure to book ahead, the secrets out.
