Trattoria Maga Magò In Firenze

My husband and I have lived in Florence for 5 years. We came to Maga Mago the first time in February 2024 and were surprised! The dishes are exquisite! The omelette is truly special, the lamb is wonderful, the boiled meatballs are something extraordinary and the half carbonara is delicious! Top service and dogs are welcome! If you are in Florence, come for lunch or dinner, you will eat amazingly for sure!

Second time we went for lunch and second magnificent experience! Omelette with onions as a starter, potato tortelli with ragu (exceptional!), delicious half carbonara, lamb (I've never heard of lamb like this!) And sliced! The desserts are also excellent! The owners love what they do, and you can feel the passion and research for the raw material. We'll be back soon!

Everything you read is true. The food is absolutely exceptional. Go early. Small and quaint. It fills up quickly. Great service too.

Super tasty dishes, nice to be able to taste something new. A bit further from the center, but worth going there.

The food was very tasty and typically Tuscan. Highly recommended is the Burratta with tomatoes, Spaghetti Carbonara and Filette Di Manzo with potatoes. The service was excellent and very friendly.

Very well prepared Italian food and atmosphere of small Italian trattoria. All we tried was good and tasty. The lady was very welcome and made us to feel comfortable and relaxed. Deserts were extremely nice totaly recommend.

Fantastic dinner! Extremely nice little place, traditional and refined, in a fabulous area of ​​Florence, a stone's throw from the Duomo. Typical Florentine cuisine but with refined details, chic and affordable, thank you very much for this beautiful evening. I highly recommend.
