Eravamo io e la mia compagna di passaggio per Nola e ci siamo dovuti trattenere per pranzo. Abbiamo chiesto suggerimenti dove si potesse mangiare bene e ci hanno indicato questo posto. Abbiamo trovato la vera trattoria, dove si può mangiare dell'ottimo cibo casalingo, molto ben preparato, il servizio è spartano ma ottimo nella congenialità con il resto del locale, soprattutto perché condito con la gentilezza ed accoglienza del titolare, il sig. Gennaro. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo primo ed un eccellente secondo, tutto davvero buono a cominciare dal pane, spendendo il giusto. Una vera trattoria come ormai ce ne sono sempre meno. Sicuramente saremo di nuovo vs ospiti se capiterà occasione.

We left the motorway on Monday for lunch and found this trattoria open in the center of Nola. Almost completely full and then filled up in the meantime. Family atmosphere, polite, helpful and friendly staff. Some foreign girls also sat down and were advised with excellent English. It was perceived that it was a place known to the locals who went there for a quick lunch. We took two grilled steaks, a portion of courgettes as a side dish and a first course of pasta with Neapolitan ragù. Bread, two waters and two coffees, €45. Limoncello or amaro offered on the house. Highly recommended.
