Characteristic trattoria in the center of Rome. Perfect for those who are in the surrounding area and want to indulge in a real typical Roman dish. Since it is an old-fashioned trattoria and has few seats, I highly recommend making a reservation so as not to risk being left out. There were 4 of us. The carbonara was good: creamy, rich in pepper, pecorino and bacon in the right proportion. Personally I prefer it in the short pasta format so I specifically asked for the variant with rigatoni. Friendly staff available to accommodate requests even though the place was fully booked. Waiting times a little long but understandable given the limited space even in the kitchen given the requests. Generous portions. However, the first "ciociara" didn't convince me. Absolutely positive quality-price ratio.

Unfortunately I found a place outside and as there was work in the building on the external facade it was certainly not a nice sight. The chicory and the cacio e pepe pasta ordered were very good. It's not the first time I've eaten at this place. But this time a negative note about the Roman artichoke... it lacked taste, I don't know... I ate a different artichoke in Rome. I expected something more. But always kind... very satisfied

I went here today for lunch. I didn’t have a reservation but I waited an hour and they were kind enough to seat me. The restaurant was cute, very busy, but I liked it. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, but when my food came, I received rigatoni type noodles. I ate it because I assumed they had run out of spaghetti or something and it was delicious, but I later saw that they were bringing out spaghetti noodles. Also, at the end, I believed I should have paid 16.50 (pasta, water, bread, service) but I was charged 18 euros. Even though the food was great and the staff was nice, these things dampened my otherwise good experience.

We are so glad that we took the time to locate Da Gino al Parlamento for lunch (we almost gave up because of locating it in the alley - especially with the construction) but thankfully we found it and had amazing pasta dishes set amongst an atmosphere that felt truly "local".

Typical homemade food, relatively away from the tourist circuit, good variety on the menu (short on fish); Currently the building seems to be being renovated and the alley is enclosed by scaffolding, which spoils the terrace a bit, but the food is worth it.

True Italian atmosphere, great service and, above all, brilliant food. Simple but tasty. I was with my daughters who thought it was the best place in Rome. Ravioli, fish and saltimbocca, artichoke and broccoli, and delicious bread.

Non aspettatevi un ristorante di lusso, ma un locale ricco di simpatia e buona cucina, questo sicuramente si! Gentilezza e disponibilità del servizio concludono al meglio un pasto rapido, tradizionale e, decisamente buono. Il prezzo giusto, per l’offerta e per dove è situata la location. Ci ritorneró!

Locale storico ben conosciuto dai parlamentari. Piccolo e con servizio adeguato e camerieri spiritosi. Vino della casa non eccezionale, anzi .... Primi e secondi buoni ma non irripetibili. Locale molto bello.
