Welcoming and private environment. Well presented dishes with particular combinations without exaggeration. Use of excellent quality raw materials with a reinterpretation of simple traditional dishes. Well-stocked cellar with good knowledge of the wines suitable to highlight the dishes served. Price in line with the quality offered.

Chi vuole fare ristorazione dovrebbe venire qui e studiare 10 anni (oltre a ritornarci periodicamente). Impeccabili su tutto: cortesia, accoglienza, professionalità, ricerca. Carta dei vini A DIR POCO eccellente e piatti scoppiettanti serviti ad un prezzo più che giusto. Il tutto condito da una spontaneità ed un'umiltà fuori dal comune. Perfetti!

In un piccolo paese c'è la trattoria Da Doro. Un ambiente ospitale e amichevole, mangi l'antipasto ed è ottimo, il primo piatto ancora più buono, il secondo ti stupisce e il dolce supera tutti. Ci torneremo certamente perché dobbiamo assaggiare tutto quello che non abbiamo mangiato. Il personale è gentile e simpatico e il cuoco Giovanni è un degno capofila di tutto ciò. Manu Padova
