Scendendo dalle dolomiti del Cadore optiamo per un pranzo a base di pesce. Facciamo qualche telefonata e gentilmente la signora titolare del locale accetta e conferma la nostra prenotazione. Arrivati in loco , veniamo un poco spiazzati dall'aspetto non molto curato dell'esterno del locale. Pazienza diciamo , abbiamo prenotato ed ormai andiamo. Ebbene entrando il locale è un poco stravagante. La signora con gentilezza ci fa accomodare e prende le ordinazioni. Alcune pietanze non sono disponibili ma in ogni caso la scelta ci soddisfa ed ordiniamo. Pietanze ben servite, pesce fresco ed ottimamente cucinato. Ci vuole un pò di pazienza in quanto i piatti sono tutti cucinati al momento. Rapporto qualità prezzo direi ben centrato. Torneremo sicuramente. Giovanni Ferri

Excellent quality fish, in a cozy and welcoming environment. The "landlady" is helpful and kind. Adequate price. The outside is also nice for a short post-lunch walk

Capitati per caso, abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto intimo e caloroso grazie anche alla signora che ci ha servito. Il pranzo a base di pesce è stato eccellente. L' ambiente è stato accogliente e la gentilezza che abbiamo constatato è stata coinvolgente.

In questa Trattoria ci si sente coccolati da un ambiente molto rilassato e genuino. La titolare sig.ra Cristina è attentissima ad ogni richiesta e di una estrema professionalità consigliandoti sempre in modo perfetto . In cucina il marito aiutato da un giovane cuoca sforna sempre piatti molto buoni e molto belli all’occhio . Lo consiglio vivamente .

05/04/2024: My husband and I arrived to Venice and our hotel concierge high recommended this restaurant. I have a seafood allergy and they informed us the restaurant would take care of me. I told the waiter and she ensured all safe measures were taken. If you go to this restaurant PLEASE get the multiple course dinner because it was truly an amazing experience. I had the all meat option for the multiple course meal and my husband had combo land and sea. We both were just blown away by the quality and creativity displayed by the chef, please trust him HE KNOWS what he is doing! So amazing. We will be returning whenever we come back to Venice for the amazing food from here and amazing staff.
02/04/2024: Very romantic and unusual restaurant. Food is fantastic. Of course we took the tasting menu. 4 plates, once mixed and once meat. Excellent. one for that. Not quite cheap Amarone per glass 20 euros. but it's worth every sip. Service top. Another addendum to this review. Of course, we wanted to find a restaurant of the same standard again the following evening, but unfortunately we were unable to do so. We didn't exactly want to go to a Michelin either. That's why we went to Rosa Rossa again, but this time ordered a la carte. And of course we weren't disappointed. The portions are certainly not generous, but that was just fine for us as we don't like to eat a lot in the evening. There was no way we walked out hungry. And if you still don't have enough, you can order more. The wine recommendation that evening was great because we wanted to try a different wine than the fantastic Amarone. The boss recommended the Valpolicelle Ripasso to us. And again it was a very good recommendation. We really liked the wine too. From our point of view, this is a fantastic concept in the restaurant. Everything is very well cooked and of high quality at an acceptable price, a selection of very good wines by the glass, and yes they can cost a little more. It's better to pay 5 euros more for a glass of very good wine. This is definitely the right path and we wish the boss there much success on his path.
