A historic trattoria frequented by the cream of northern Rome.
Medium-high prices for quick, no-frills service. Right portions but quality not up to expectations.
(How can a rare fillet be well cooked on the outside, very red on the inside, not losing even a drop of red on the plate and be cold, even touching it with a finger, on one side?). Experimental cooking methods that, after 102 years of activity, you just don't expect.
If you expect them to offer you at least one amaro you are in the wrong place.
Markup on drinks in line with those who don't like free water in Rome.
75cl of water is 4 euros.
Very little if any choice for vegans, little for vegetarians.

I booked at the last moment but they found me a place. The rooms and garden are full and you can tell because the food is good and the waiters are friendly.

From Tuscany to celebrate the birthday of my mother, 90 years old, who lives in Rome. Everything perfect, great food cooked to perfection. Congratulations to the staff for the education and professionalism demonstrated. Definitely worth returning and recommending to friends.

Excellent experience. I've been there on a couple of occasions. The food is of good quality and the portions are right. On the menu there is the right variety of traditional dishes from Roman and Mediterranean cuisine, cooked to perfection and presented excellently. The service is attentive and professional. The price is right as the quality is concrete. Well-stocked cellar, excellently organized room with very well kept furnishings too. This is an example of how traditional catering is done in Italy and I believe that, in these times, it is a model to be safeguarded. I hope it stays that way.

What can we say other than confirming the excellence of a magical place. With delicious food and a fantastic wine reserve. Friendly professionals always satisfy you and are also not very expensive compared to places of similar quality. The place is beautiful, particularly cared for in all its rooms with a necessary, small but well managed car park

Cena aziendale. Due camerieri per 30 persone. Una bella organizzazione.
Antipasti di salumi nostrani e verdure come piacciono a me.
Un primo a scelta e il dolce.
La gricia è stato il mio piatto preferito. Vino discreto.
Gira tutto come un orologgio (direbbe qualcuno).
