The Kitchen In Verona

I love this place, the home cooking it offers and the kindness of the lady who runs it.

Kitchen has become an elective place when I stop in the city: few dishes, very good, prepared with care and at a reasonable price.

Fed up with pizza and pasta after two weeks traveling through Italy, we found this oasis where the main dish is not carbohydrates. The soup was delicious; like a spicy cream with cheese and pieces of vegetables. We weren't thrilled with the spinach omelette, but it came with two generous side dishes. We accompanied it with two homemade drinks and it tasted even better. Honest prices and good service.

There is so much to like about "The Kitchen". The food is fantastic, the owner Chris is lovely to chat with and the energy/ambience is nice. Perfect for both tourists and locals. Will definitely be back.
