Slightly subdued compared to the Milan office. In the latter I found a little more abundance in the portions and in general a higher quality of food. Still good. Excellent service

Recommended to us by a dear friend. Truly exceptional restaurant with impeccable service. We sincerely thank Carmine for the experience who welcomed us and served us in an excellent manner. We trusted the chef with the menu and everything that was presented at the table was delicious. Quality cellar, obviously we recommend the local wines. We will return soon.

Friends recommended it to us but unfortunately it is not possible on Saturdays without a reservation. In any case I leave 5 stars for the kindness of the girls at the reception

Wow. Small but very pleasant entrance, champagne? There's plenty of it. You go up to the first floor to reach a splendid terrace. In the heart of Naples, wow! Excellent fish dishes, nice people, a very glamorous place. I'll be back.

È difficile trovare un difetto a questo ristorante… Servizio a dir poco eccellente attenti su tutto .. Il responsabile di sala che (proprietario) una persona di una personalità unica giustamente premiato come primo maitre in Campania ... Poche parole se volete mangiare bene qualsiasi portata crudo o cotto che sia dovete venire qui terrazza calabritto Schapo ragazzi bravi

Location e cibo ottimi, contesto elegante e accurato. Il personale è molto attento e cortese.

Personale gentilissimo e attento. Aperitivo eccezionale. La cena? Indimenticabile. Il crudo squisito, gli spaghetti con la granseola abbondanti e di qualità eccellente. Il baccalà non passa assolutamente in secondo piano perché ottimo. Direi un ristorante che merita di essere provato e riprovato più volte. Quando torneremo a Napoli sarà tappa fissa.

Pranzo di domenica 10/12/2023. Io e mia moglie ordiniamo 2 tris di tartare. Nella (sola delle 3) tartare di salmone di mia moglie vi è un capello. Educatamente segnalata la cosa al personale, procedono come segue: 1) Si scusano immediatamente; 2) Entrambe le portate (inclusa la mia che era OK) vengono messe in disparte su un tavolo attiguo a quello principale lasciandole alla ns. vista; 3) Vengono servite 2 nuove portate e ritirate le precedenti; 4) Ci vengono offerti 2 “assaggi di riparazione” peraltro ottimi; 5) Il Restaurant Manager (Sig. Politelli) si scusa personalmente con noi dell’accaduto. QUESTO è savoir faire e orientamento al cliente, ossia come trasformare un problema in un’opportunità. Bravi ! Il resto del pranzo si conferma di ottimo livello. Locale superlativo, del personale ho già detto tutto e cucina TOP per gli amanti del pesce. Vi tornerò di sicuro, anzi andrò subito a provare il locale milanese.
