A truly characteristic restaurant due to its location. The courtesy of the owners and staff makes you appreciate everything even more. Friendly but not intrusive. We ate really well. Starter for two with quality cured meats and cheeses and everything else made by them. The two first courses were really delicious: gricia with artichokes and gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts. We finished everything with the cream and chocolate crumble. What to say. We will definitely be back.

We ate here on our first night in Tivoli. The amatriciana was especially good. Nice wine. Good service. Cosy and historic venue. Caccio e pepe was a little too salty for our taste - but still otherwise all good.

A place to visit absolutely for the environment that surrounds you for the attention to detail from the dishes, to the staff, to the quality food and above all to the value for money and kindness. Definitely better than the places around the center where there is confusion and higher prices, I will definitely go back.

There are two whys, which ruined what was a great lunch. Extremely poor cut mozzarella, especially bought from other products. Mixed salad with bagged salad and pickles which could have been much better. Too bad, I hope to come back and find out that it was constructive criticism :)

Abbiamo cenato qui la sera del 31/12. Personale gentile e disponibile, portate abbondanti (e buone!), musica in sala. Davvero una bella atmosfera. Inoltre, il locale è molto particolare e l'arredamento contribuisce ad esaltarlo.

Ristorante molto suggestivo. É situato sottoterra quindi si sente l'umidità. Come primo ho preso pasta senza glutine alla carbonara, molto buona! Le patate al forno erano poco croccanti e il carciofo alla giudia era un po' troppo unto. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile! Prezzo nella media (carbonara e amatriciana a 12€)
