07/04/2024: Introduction: I tried several times to book for a Saturday evening, but without success: you need at least 3 days in advance. Overall the experience was positive: true Fusion cuisine with excellent quality fish. I found the salmon tartare particularly good, spicy but also sweet; a pleasure for the palate. However, I can't give 5 stars, as the ravioli wasn't great, plus there is a shortage of tuna dishes, including tartare and sashimi. The environment was chaotic, with crowded tables, "one on top of the other", but the service was exceptional: fast and attentive. I find the expense of €32.9 + €2 cover charge excessive. Despite this, I will definitely return to try other dishes and highly recommend it to others.
