20/05/2024: Absolutely one of the best ramen in the capital. After years I came back here to eat. The broth is very good, the quantity of noodles is just right, and the quality is absolutely superior to ramen that use noodles and or ready-made ingredients. I took the basic version, as shown in the photo, which included egg, nori seaweed and spring onions. Given that you can still order other toppings as extras, for what the price is I would have appreciated a little more included or a slightly higher quantity. However, more than satisfactory. The onighiri excellent. The one with caramelized konbu is truly done by the book. The service is really good, very kind and discreet. I underline this because in many foreign cuisine restaurants the staff is sometimes a bit intrusive, because perhaps they want to explain, talk etc. The atmosphere is perfect. The room and furnishings are very well looked after. I will definitely go back. Advised

04/05/2024: Excellent experience in this place. Two of us had lunch at the weekend with a reservation. The food was excellent, the place was a little small but very nice, good service thanks to the very kind waitress. We will happily return
