In this place we had the platter of the day and a plate of cheese tasting accompanied by jams and honey, all of excellent quality and absolutely delicious. The dishes are cheap and plentiful, the wine meets the best expectations. Excellent service, helpful and professional waiter. The creamy chocolate liqueur is also absolutely recommended

Nice shot - aperitif place with very talkative and friendly staff visited often by local young people (but not only :) Great stop at the evening - night city crawling.

Partendo dal locale, anche se piccolo è estremamente caratteristico, personale TOP mi sono divertita un sacco anche se era prima volta che andavo! La varietà di proposte non è eccessiva ma secondo la mia opinione meglio poche e di qualità!! Quantità esagerate e prezzo irrisorio! Super consigliato!

Se cercate un piccolo localino allegro, simpatico, informale, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, dovete fare un salto da Sud, a Pisa. Troverete cibo semplice e gustoso, qualche buon vino e atmosfera top. E poi si trova in pieno centro storico, perfetto per una serata in giro, senza fermarsi 3 ore a tavola. Insomma, un ottimo indirizzo.

SUD è, finora, il posto migliore che io abbia trovato per fare un buon aperitivo nel centro di Pisa. È un locale accogliente, con tavoli sia all'interno che all'esterno. Ho apprezzato ogni dettaglio. La loro vasta scelta sia a livello di cibo che di drink è impressionante. Il tagliere è eccezionale, e i panini sono enormi e molto conditi. Il personale è super gentile e alla mano. Lo consiglio vivamente per aperitivi informali tra amici.

06/04/2024: Very beautiful and evocative environment, there is a beautiful window and in summer the environment outside certainly makes it. The waiters were very kind right from the start. We chose the seafood tasting in order to taste multiple courses. All the dishes were interesting and well executed, a couple of critical points regarding the cooking of the octopus (chewy, but very well roasted) and the bisque (it didn't taste good, unfortunately it ruined the whole dish) The dessert wasn't bad but the caramel was a little too forward and the ice cream didn't taste like much, but its function in the end was to give freshness and this it did. A positive note is the wine list, very extensive and with several important choices. All in all a wonderful experience, I felt very sorry for a waitress who unfortunately had no voice that evening, so she couldn't explain the dishes (in my opinion they could have sent someone else) It's worth coming!

La Locanda del Sole

28/03/2024: From the outside it looked like a town bar and we almost didn't go in. Once inside, we are greeted by a small and very cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and quiet music. The food is the best of what we ate during our stay. Apart from the fact that the knuckle was very tasty, I was surprised by the visual care of the dishes and the flavor of the accessories such as French fries or grilled vegetables. Everything incredible.
25/01/2024: Mi sono recata in questo ristorante a pranzo un sabato di gennaio . Tutto perfetto i primi,i secondi e i dolci fatta in casa dalla moglie.Tutti molto gentili specialmente il cuoco /marito che è venuto al tavolo per chiederci se tutto era buono.Da ritornarci e consigliare
