Stabile 169 In Palermo

Discovered thanks to The Fork, it was one of the best experiences I had with this application and in general. It is not easy to find great quality food (the fish was very fresh), impeccable service, honest prices and at the same time a refined environment. We found all this at Stabile 169 where we will certainly return and which we would strongly recommend. A special mention to the two first courses we took, green sea rice and busiate with grouper ragù.

We ate fish based, absolutely satisfied. Small but welcoming place, very attentive and kind staff.

Excellent dinner with the professionalism of the past offered by the maitre Emanuele, it is no longer easy to find an experience of this type in Italy. All the dishes tried are excellent and well presented, the wine list is excellent, the price is right! Until next time!

Very friendly service...the freshly caught fish are of excellent quality. The menu offers something for every taste and is evidence of freshness and very good cuisine. Nice ambience. Highly recommended.

Very nice dinner yesterday, enjoyed every course. Don‘t listen to the Pizza comments, it‘s a new restaurant now.

Si tratta di un ristorante elegante, con un servizio di livello (plauso al Signor Emanuele, maître di sala e che ha cucinato davanti a noi la pasta allo sciabbo, spero di non aver sbagliato il nome). Ho assaggiato lo sgombro a due cotture con mela e arancia e una minestra di pesce, prodotti di grande qualità e bene presentati. Squisito il pane di loro produzione. Mi piacerebbe tornare ad assaggiare il riso bietola e gamberi di Mazara, aveva un bell'aspetto. Prezzi alti in linea con il livello del locale.

Bel ristorante ma sopratutto ottima cucina ! Nonostante lo sbaglio di aver assaggiato (forse più di aver solo assaggiato😂) street food vi siamo recati a cenarvi alla sera. Rose’ con bollicine offerto come antipasto con una piccola arancina rivisitata: ottimi. Mangiato un solo piatta di pasta particolare lo sciapó : buonissimo. Personale molto cordiale e professionale! I caffè ci sono stati offerti 😁
