Restaurant that offers some of the typical Piedmontese dishes, in an attempt to make them more elegant the portions were reduced, the prices increased and the flavors lacked bite, although there were no wrong dishes, we were a little disappointed. Not suitable for the Slow food guide.

We had dinner during our stay in Turin. We ate really well. The Fassona is delicious like everything else. Really friendly and courteous staff, correct prices and a very nice place

Excellent trattoria in San Salvario, offering typical Piedmontese dishes that are worth trying. I tried the vitello tonnato and several first courses (agnolotti del plin, gnocchi with Castelmagno and tagliatelle with Si Bra sausage ragout) and they all lived up to expectations. Friendly, helpful staff and good value for money. The only flaw is the slowness of the service

23/05/2024: The menu changes every day. Predominantly vegetarian or vegan options, but if you want a meat-based dish, there is one. Excellent for breakfasts, lunch breaks or coffee/herbal tea shops in the afternoon. Large selection of desserts. All very good.
24/04/2024: A little place in Vanchiglia that intrigued me a lot due to its way of presenting itself as eco friendly and sustainable. They have many offerings and we weren't able to taste everything, I will definitely be back, the cakes we ordered were very good (they also have vegan offerings, for example we tried the vegan chocolate cake).

17/02/2024: Nice place, attentive service in some cases even too much (too much haste in removing the saucers, when they are still eating). Exceptional cocktails, both in taste and presentation. Good food, with some appetizers not up to par with others. Portions rather small. Overall a nice experience.
