Special mention to the Palmese tarallo of their invention, which enhances a local product in a special way. On every occasion there is an original proposal to enjoy, always designed with love by Giovanni, Diletta and Rocco.

Simple but tasty recipes, both traditional dishes and new inventions (“skimming”!) and excellent gluten-free alternatives for celiacs. Definitely a strong point for Palma Campania and a culinary reference to frequent regularly.
