Delicious food, especially the pasta with fresh black truffle was very tasty. Was added fresh to the pasta at the table. Also had very good and pleasant service from Alessandro :)

Nice terrace but quality and value are well below other restaurants of their price point. The staff made so many attempts to casually suggest sprinkling truffles on our pasta like it was free parmesan cheese when it was really a 30 to 60 Euro increase to our bill. Instead of feeling relaxed, we felt tense and suspicious of the staff.
We have lived now for 2 months in Trastevere and won't go back. There are many other better choices in the neighborhood.

The terrace is very nice, the service is attentive, the food is generally good. We had a good time, however a big disappointment for the tiramisu which in my opinion was far from the traditional Italian dessert (little coffee, little cream and dry biscuit)

The place is very welcoming and relaxing, the staff (we were served by Alessandro) is helpful and kind and the dishes are original and prepared. We will definitely be back

Had the most amazing time and delicious food. Aleessandro was so personable and attentive. Highly recommend the cacio e Pepe & black truffle pasta! Great spot to pop in for a bite and a drink.

Esperienza fantastica, il Sottosopra si trova a Trastevere, gestito da personale competente, che riesce a farti sentire subito a tuo agio. Location curatissima, molto accogliente. Ci hanno seguito Massimo ed un suo collega che sono stati fantastici nel consigliarci il cibo e poi durante tutta la serata sempre attenti e simpatici. Il cibo è qualcosa di spettacolare, tipico romano ma rivisto in chiave moderna. Davvero una serata da ricordare.

Pranzo domenicale di famiglia, ovviamente c’era molta gente, sicuramente in altri momenti il locale è più apprezzabile. Si mangia comunque molto bene, il luogo è delizioso, approfittando anche della terrazza si può godere ancora di più del posto. Servizio impeccabile e prezzi buoni anche in virtù della convenzione con The Fork. Torneremo sicuramente.
