The inside room is very noisy and it is difficult to talk to each other when crowded, the outside is better

Excellent brewery outside Turin with ample parking and dehor. Upon entering there are the kegs in which they produce the beer which they sell both retail and upstairs.
The pub is very nice, modern and well-kept, excellent beer and friendly staff. Communication between the kitchen and the dining room should be improved because the dishes take a long time to arrive and the few waiters struggle to take orders having to manage many customers.
The sandwiches and fried appetizers are tasty and well cooked, the hamburger is excellent and with the right beer recommended by the waiters it is enhanced even more.
It ends with a good dessert and a house bitter.

Since its opening, everyone called it the Vaie brewery, to date it has come a long way. Amazing beers, especially the red ones and the double malt ones. Spectacular food. Location to be framed. Well done

Beautiful craft brewery!
The external dehor is very beautiful, the internal area on the first floor is equally beautiful!
The beer is really great!
The choice of dishes is also good!
Good burgers but they could do more, given that the prices are not exactly low!

Had dinner with family during the week. Tidy, quiet and well-kept environment. Courteous and prompt staff know how to give the right advice both on the cuisine and on the beer to pair with it. Good choice of menu and raw materials. Wide choice of beers, the recommended ones are very good.

Overlooking State Road 25, this brewery is not only an excellent stop for those traveling through the Susa valley, but also a place to enjoy a pleasant experience. Suspended between the beer production barrels, meals will be accompanied by a relaxed and non-confused atmosphere. Excellent meat and excellent burgers. I would like to point out the presence of Goffre which you can order with different types of cold cuts and cheeses. The flagship is the different quantity of beers, of own production. There is several places to park.

Convenient to reach and for parking, interesting craft beers, quality food (tall and well-cooked hamburger patty, cheese to be improved), good chips, nice place created inside the fermentation plant itself. Very bright thanks to the large windows and the high ceiling, not the classic dark and black beer hall. Quick and friendly service.

I know this brewery, thanks to friends who were there, and they called me to join them. Beautiful place located in Val di Susa. When Turin in the summer is a senseless furnace, I come here to drink a couple of pints in the mountain coolness. 🔝👍🇮🇹🍺🍻
