I chose this restaurant for the good reviews and to eat typical traditional Roman dishes. I booked a table for 4 people. When we ordered our choice we were told that they didn't have 2 of the 3 dishes we had chosen...we resorted to a typical carbonara pasta...a whole portion and a portion divided in half...We were served the whole portion...and the I portioned half of my friends when we finished consuming the pasta... the doses were not excessive but still tasted good. We then had the tripe... But a little too watery and tasteless.. Courteous staff.. They offered us the digestive to apologize for the delays in the food..
However, a positive rating for the gastronomy.

Beautiful experience, crazy spaghetti carbonara! The chicken Cacciatore and the meatballs are also worth it! Non-touristy place, clean and welcoming, friendly staff and good value for money

Great, just great. great service, very open, invested in their restaurant, they very quickly responded to the request to lower the umbrella, kind souls.
The food was excellent for 12€, the best carbo pasta I ate in Italy.
Pleasant atmosphere, very calm.
Not a tourist trap. Water, cutlery and bread were free. They spoke very good English so no difficulty in communicating.
In short, I highly recommend

Less touristy place than those I went to on my trip, it was frequented mainly by Romans. One of the best carbonaras!

È la seconda volta che provo questo ristorante a pranzo. Accolti con un bel sorriso ci siamo accomodati al tavolo prenotato esternamente vista la gradevole temperatura data dalla bella giornata. Serviti dal beverage siamo passati alla comanda ordinando visto che era giovedì dei gnocchi alla romana con pomodoro e basilico. Gnocchi davvero freschi e devo dire di una bontà unica. Chiusura con dolce e caffè ☕️. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma. Serietà e professionalità fanno la differenza!
